Went in to get a tire repaired and the belly donut guy takes out a model of a tire instead of ummm showing the, actual, tire & says he can't fix it. Says...yaaaa want us 222222??? Naaaa thank you jelly donut guy but we gotta run. We went down the street and the tire was fixed in less than 10 minutes. Not my style to leave reviews, but big belly sweaty jelly donut guys that lie need a review sometimes. Be well.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Mavis Tire in Irmo when I needed my headlight replaced. I called them earlier in the day to inquire about their availability, and to my relief, they were open until 8:00 PM on Thursday. As luck have it, I didn’t finish work until 6:00 PM, leaving me with little time to spare.

I arrived at the shop at around 6:45 PM and was greeted warmly by the friendly staff. The service manager immediately made me feel at ease and assured me that my headlight replacement would be taken care of promptly. True to their word, I was amazed by how efficiently they worked to get me back on the road.

Within a mere fifteen minutes of arriving, my headlight was successfully replaced, and I was ready to go. The swiftness of the service was truly impressive, and I attribute it to the expertise and dedication of the service manager and the Mavis Tire team.

Thanks to their speedy and efficient service, I was able to have an awesome day without any inconvenience or delay. The professionalism and friendliness displayed by everyone at Mavis Tire truly made a positive impact on my experience.

I highly recommend Mavis Tire to anyone in need of automotive services. Their commitment to customer satisfaction, coupled with their exceptional speed and skill, makes them a standout choice in the industry. I’m writing this review not because I had an issue with the service to my vehicle, as it was really good. I’m writing this because of the business practices. What I mean is I ordered a set of Michelin tires, new brakes and rotors. I was quoted a price over the phone and was even charged a deposit.

Nonetheless, when I arrived in store the attendant informed me of some extra charges that they were obligated to charge me even though they weren’t rendering those extra services to me.

Long story short I was able to get the tires but I could no longer afford the brakes and rotors that I wanted do to this unwarned price increase. So now I have new tires with bad brakes and rotors.

The workers here were really nice, so I’m assume that they are just following protocol but that reflects bad on this company. I was informed that the person whom I spoke to on the phone a day prior was someone from a call center but this nonsense made my experience a bad one.

By far the worst experience I ever had in 40 years of buying tires and driving a car. Late on appointment, told I would have call confirmation on tires and alignment, no calls ever came. Told 4 tires would take an hour, after two hours just got started. Was told by the manager I was being rude just by asking when the car would be ready and why is it taking so long? Interrupted by a customer telling me to be nice to the manager?????? why? I was not being rude or disrespectful, I had to go back to work. Horrible customer server, no care whatsoever about customers or their time. Never again, I will be contacting the BBB for a complaint and as many sites as I can think of to put a review on.

Excellent customer service from the beginning. Friendly and helpfull and got me back on the road quickly. I will definitley recommend! Thank you again!!

Great place to go in general. The management is great and the techs will show you what's going on with your car if you aren't sure about something.

I was taken care of immediately upon arrival. They explained the entire inspection process and made the needed repairs. Will come back to this location.

The folks at Mavis got me in, patched my tire, and got me out quickly so I could get on my way. They were polite and helpful.
