Mavis Tire - Fort Lee Anmeldelser

Do not use this company! They have nearly destroyed my car with faulty work. They did a faulty job putting in a new faulty starter unnecessarily which caused damage to my flywheel and fusible link. This is just the damage my new mechanic has discovered so far. I had to replace their bad starter with a new one and replace the fusible link and battery as well. I repeat; DO NOT USE THIS SHOP FOR ANY WORK. THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR CAR.

First of all the whole crew quit Christina and Richard are gone. Perri is gone. Eric is gone. VJ is gone and a few other people. The shop is terrible now do not go all the reviews on Google are homemade in house. Buyer beware

Thank you Eric very professional and explained to me exactly what I needed and why for safety reasons

Great courteous service. Things were explained in the facilities were very neat, clean and professional.

Christina was very helpful.. 100% recommend this place.

Rich and his team are always professional and responsive. I've used them on multiple occasions over the past few years and never been disappointed.

Always great reliable service. Knowledgeable staff and efficient work.

Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Was attended to promptly on appointment time. Work was completed in a timely manner. Christina, Rich and the Mavis crew did an awesome job!!!

Great Service at a Fair Price. Friendly staff and no wait time with an appointment.

Always thorough and professional service.

My appointment was honored on time and the wait time for an oil change was reasonable! Last week I had a negative experience at Mavis in Barnegat, therefore this Mavis at fort lee was million percent better.

Work is done as scheduled
Great customer service

I was impressed with on a very busy day I got very good service . Christine Rich and this time Antonio … ERIC and ALEX have helped me on the phone before the visit

Did not have appointment- took me quickly- saved me $$ by letting me know I did not need a new battery when I felt I did- did other work quickly and properly- always good experience here

Helpful staff, fair pricing and quick service. Highly recommend

My experience was beyond great it was stupendous!!! The staff is very clear and knowledgeable about my cars needs
Thank you , I will be a returning customer

Clean fast and good customer service

I did not make an appointment, my tires were cracking bad. I showed up first thing in the morning, they took me in, and without an appointment the job was done in 2 and a half hours ( they took care of the appointment cars first). I was very thankful, they were very courteous, and handled everything very professional. They worked with my budget, and didn't push any extra products on me. A+
I recommend them highly!
