Wonderful customer service! I came in with a tire that was unable to be repaired and needed to get the tire changed out so I could get back to work as quick as possible. The associate recognized my urgency and made it a priority to get me in and out as quickly as possible. I’m very satisfied and would recommend this company in the future. Hard to find places with this level of honesty and this quick service
Mavis Tire in Forney really blew me away. I dropped in with a tire issue expecting to hear the worst, but the crew here was phenomenal. They were friendly, worked surprisingly fast, and gave me an incredible honest diagnosis of what was actually wrong. No pushy upselling; just genuine straightforward customer service. They took care of the problem and had me back on the road in no time.
If you live in Forney and every have tire issues, head straight to Mavis. Hard to find places with this level of honesty and this quick service. 10/10 recommend.

If you live in Forney
If you live in Forney, watch out for Mavis Tires & Brakes—the company that bought out NTB—because their sales tactics are absolutely outrageous. I have never dealt with a more dishonest, manipulative operation in my life. They blatantly took advantage of someone who doesn’t know much about car mechanics, trying to push completely unnecessary replacements just to squeeze out more money.
They start with sky-high prices and slowly work them down until the customer feels pressured to cave in. They overcharge for anything they can possibly get away with.
We trusted NTB for seven years and always received excellent service. Now that Mavis has taken over, I will never set foot in that place again.
