Took my car in for axle repair
Took my car in for axle repair, alignment & tire rotation on Jan 14th at 10 am. Called later to check on car and informed my Asst store Mgr AJ car was not ready. Went to store to pick up car and was informed by mechanic Jeff, shop ordered wrong part for my car. I asked why no one called Aj stated they were busy with only 2 mechanics. AJ stated he reordered the part. I asked for the time. Aj stated he couldn't recall. I asked him to pull up the order online and he stated he was unable to. I informed him the custtomer service was poor. Bottom line I will not return. Shop in need of better management!

went to the store at Davis lake in Charlotte North Carolina had a 1:00 appointment on Sunday September 21st for an oil change and tire rotation when I arrived the gentleman for courteous checked me in that would be about 15 minutes as soon as I finished up the car in front of me and I said that's fine. then at 2:30 p.m. My car still had not been brought into the shop asked the man how long he said any minute now. I just asked for my key and said I would be glad to take my car someplace else and not ever come back. this is the store that I bought my tires from trying to build the relationship but it just isn't working previous visit they did not rotate my tires as they told me they did not need to be done.
