BUY BEWARE

BUY BEWARE. Do not expect Mavis to honor their warranty. After buying a number of tires from Mavis I bought a set for my 2022 Ram 2500. The tires were 55K mile tires. At around 21k the tires became out of round and had to be replaced. I found this out by taking my truck to an authorized Ram dealer because I assumed that the issues was with the truck. Who would have thought that it was the tires. The dealer check everything on the truck including the alignment and found nothing. The service manager suggested that it was the tires. I had them put on a new set of tires and the issues went away. I took the Mavis tires back to the Mavis store with my original Mavis receipt and the dealer receipt to show how much mileage was used on the tire. Now I am being told there is nothing they will do because, Mavis did not get an opportunity to do the work. All I am requesting is a store credit to cover the amount of loss for the unused tread life of the tire. I believe that is a fair compromise. I guess not. MAVIS HAS THE TIRES AT THEIR STORE. I WILL NEVER USE MAVIS AGAIN. MAVIS DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND IS A DISHONEST COMPANY. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.
