Awesome service -
I'm not very knowledgeable about cars, so when two warning lights came on my dashboard while I was driving, I stopped at Mavis Tires & Brakes to ask for some help. I spoke with the manager, Al, and explained what had happened.
Al came out of the store and took the time to explain that one of the lights indicated a problem with the car, while the other was simply letting me know that my tires needed air. He then took care of the issue for me.
What a pleasant and caring manager! It’s wonderful to know that there are people like Al who are willing to take the time to help and make you feel cared for. Thank you, Al, for your kindness and excellent customer service!
