Little to no added value
To be honest, I’m not sure quite what Mauve ever did, as response to queries was a few days or they had to check with someone else or ask my employer, so really all they did provide was a portal for holidays and expenses.
Unsure if that was driven from the actual client (my employer) or process at Mauve.
Queries were dealt with but took a few days, and any extra added value was not really present compared to an official employer.

As an Employer of Record, much of the work we do happens behind the scenes – for example processing payroll, local employment compliance, managing legislative changes and statutory obligations, and coordinating with clients. While we manage the HR and employment side, your work responsibilities continue to be directed by the client, which can sometimes make our role seem less visible than that of a direct employer.
For some queries, we're required to liaise with the client first (or our local experts) to ensure we provide an accurate and joined-up response, which can occasionally take a little longer. That said, we fully appreciate that the experience should still feel responsive from the employee side, so your feedback is very helpful and we'll use it to improve communication.

Excellent ongoing support for international work
My experience with Mauve Group so far has been excellent. Their services have enabled me to live in the UK while working for a company based in the US, which has been a huge benefit both professionally and personally.
