I am so glad I’ve come across this gorgeous brand - the products smell amazing and delivery was super quick as well! I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

Hello ..I bought the W perfume oil and although it did smell nice it literally faded immediately...I had another perfume oil that was too strong so I decided to mix them together...the strong perfume oil sunk straight to the bottom of the bottle...which tells me the W is mainly water !!
Oil floats!!!!

Very disappointing experience.
My order arrived in a damaged box with multiple items missing. Despite providing photos and raising the issue immediately, I was put through a lengthy investigation process and made to go back and forth with customer support. This was a birthday gift for my wife, and the delay completely ruined the occasion.

The handling of the issue lacked urgency and customer care. I expected far better from a premium brand. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.

Love all Mauli Rituals products and the service is brilliant.

Was told that their kensal rise shop is open till 5 pm but when i arrived at 1618 there was no one around and no response when i tried to ring the intercom. Dont open a shop if you cant adhere to your own opening hours..

The hair products are not for everyone. I give 3 starts because the products arrived in time with a nice box but the shampoo and conditioner a big waste of money is like throwing to bin 74£. The shampoo left my hair very greasy and I had to was my hair the next day again. Tried to use them separately for over 2 weeks, same result used. I even tried to leave a review on their website about my experience and I wonder how come was never posted. Maybe they prefer having only good reviews!

i have started using the hand & body wash but on the body only including the shampoo and conditioner alongside the beard oil. i went to an evening party and i was complimented on my fragrance. i did not wear any cologne or aftershave as i would normally. the subtle aroma of the body wash stays around for the entirety of the day and the beard oil smelt lovely. on-top of that, great customer services. i broke the head off the body wash as it slipped out of my hands and onto the marble floor and i reached out to mauli rituals and they shipped a replacement almost instantly! brilliant. will be buying again for sure.

Amazing customer service and truly incredible products that smell divine!

This product (brow oil) was a complete letdown & a total waste of money. Over 6wks of use & zero effect on my brows. Yes it smells nice but that's it. It's also very greasy & as a result it can cause spots around the brow area.
In addition the roll on dispenser isn't right for the purpose - to get the oil out you have to tilt it while rolling - but then too much comes out while applying- this leads to way too much on the skin & product wastage. The metal roller is also hard & uncomfortable to roll across the brow area.
Def do not recommend & will not be buying any Mauli products in the future as a result of this experience.
Feeling conned.

Am surprised at the low rating for Mauli - I placed my first ever order last week. Received the products yesterday, however the spray on the dry oil doesn't work, it is visibly damaged. When I contacted Customer Service, I got a really helpful response (Gita) within the hour who has promised to send me a replacement item.

So, though I can't comment on the actual product just yet, I have found the customer service experience excellent up to now. I will revisit this with a product review when I receive the new item. The second item I ordered is a gift so can't comment on that just yet.

Second time I have experienced these luxury products, this time the face serum and the Vata Massage oil. Packaged with a clean look, using high quality ingredients, with the top notes of rose and frankincense giving it a long lasting aroma that is also beneficial for mature skin care. Each product invites you to enjoy being in the present moment, each packed with the Mauli sacred thread which is associated with nurturing, self care and protection. A nice touch, as spending a moment applying the luxury items at the beginning and end of day becomes a ritual for mindfulness. On a practical level, both oils are non greasy, light, and packed with pure ingredients.

Absolutely love this brand. I’ve used their shampoo and conditioner for the last three months and my hair is so much thicker and fuller. I have tried a lot of different products on my hair in the past and since having children my hair has been weaker and thinner, this product has genuinely transformed it - will be sticking with these products in the future.

Purchased the 'Sundaram and Silence' candle from Mauli Rituals. The high end price was worth every penny. The sublime scent of sandalwood with jasmine undertones gave a really nice ambience to my room. I use it when meditating or just to create a sense of peace. Even the packaging was crafted with care.
Loved it!

I received the Mauli Nourish Beard Oil as a gift. I've never used a product like this before, but loved the way it softened my beard, and it had a long-lasting and distinctive fragrance.

Adore this brand and everything they stand for. The most gorgeous products that are part of my every day rituals (especially the brow oil and serum.) Their grow strong hair oil with the kansa comb massage tool is my every Sunday night go to. Timeless x

I absolutely adored the Supreme Skin Hydrating Mist I had bought last year. It was my number one beauty product. It not only looked beautiful, but the light, rose scented mist spritzed onto the skin perfectly and left my skin glowing and hydrated.
I waited so long for it to come back in stock and immediately ordered another bottle.
Completely shoddy experience.
The bottle has changed, including the nozzle which now sprays onto the skin like a water gun toy.
The rose scent is barely there and quite honestly I may as well be blasting a water gun on my face!
I hate to say this but I genuinely feel ripped off.
I don’t know what has changed recently with Mauli or why but I won’t be purchasing from them again. Very disappointed.

I’ve paid almost £57 for a bottle of body oil I ordered it and paid for delivery the following day
That happened on the 6th of feb
It shows delivered but never received it
I’ve tried getting in contact with the company no one bothered to get back to me
I’d never recommend buying from them
Such a disappointment and over £60 short plus the stress of sending multiple emails in hope of receiving the item….

Spent 200 as a treat to myself used the bath salts hair is now very discoloured in one patch that hit the water! There advice when I sent photo and asked them to look into it was could I use it as a foot soak!! Agreed I could return the order but I would need to pay postage costs as they don't usually allow refunds. I am very dubious about ingredients used in their products after this. And very disappointed in the aftercare

Didn’t think I would be providing a negative review since I’ve purchased items from Mauli Rituals before with no issues. However was highly disappointed after purchasing the Kansa Face massage dome. After using the item once ( using the Mauli facial serums and following instructions) the wooden handle part already chipped/peeled away, leaving dry pieces in my hand. Wrote the company an email straight away providing evidence pictures and although they provided store credit, I may comment this item does feel to be cheaply made and considering the high cost price tag, not worth the cost.
