I've started working with Matt as I felt the urge to develop a sel-directed life leading to exponential personal and professional growth. Matt was exactly the right person to help me witj that as he has gone though a similar journey before me, fully understands the constraints and roadbloacks of somebody used to corporate world and the duties as family providers so he could gently but firmly push me forward outside of those boundaris which sets him apart from any other coaches out there. The first time I heard Matt's message I knew he was talking to me! I was trying to figure out how to recover from my own personal hell, which included suffering from severe burnout and overwhelm related to my corporate management job. My emotional, mental and physical scorecards all read zero!
Within a short period of time after joining the program and working with Matt, I started to implement key fundamental habits I had learned in order to create more space, time and energy that was essential in gaining a newfound vigor and outlook on life.
Matt's program allowed me to identify what my inner passions and zones of genius were in order to then determine who I was best meant to serve in this world. The step-by-step instruction and support provided on the business-building aspect of the program has been incredible and just what I needed! Working with Matt and the team in his group was absolutely the missing link that I needed to making my transition to my consulting gig from a W-2 job. I had been attempting this for a few years on my own, but was "missing something". THIS group was IT!!! Would recommend to anyone that is serious about making the jump to kick off their career outside of a typical W-2 career.

I have met with several "career" coaches in the past. I was never inspired or felt they really told me anything that I didn't already know --my struggle was setting and reaching my goals. I always settle. In 45 minutes Matt gave me an action plan with tactics and then sent me backup material to help me execute. 45 minutes. Truly amazing.
