I ordered $187.00 worth of items. I am. Still missing 3 items. I have been ordering from them since 2021. This is the first time. Their customer service is crap. No response no items. I love their clothes but if I do not get my items it is bye bye to Matte Collections.

I have ordered from Matte before as was pleased with my choices. The problem arises when you are not pleased and need to return!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Do not, I repeat, do not make the mistake of purchasing the "mystery box"...which isn't a box at all. They should call it the "cleaned out the scraps closet" bag. That is what it looks like they did. Old fashioned, dowdy looking pieces. Two were the exact same in different colors and a sad little wrap!!! Matte customer service is sickening. You have to pay to return anything and then they will ignore your return and not process a refund until you message them constantly. AND when you finally get your refund (if you do), they will hold back the shipping you already paid too!!!! What in the world??!!! I paid that too already, how in the heck do you all get to keep it!!! They are greedy and now I no longer want anything from that company. Buyer beware! You can find nicer suits from a number of places with much better customer service and refund policies.

Shipping was phenomenal!!!! I purchased my order during the BOGO sale and received my order within 3 days!!! WOWWWWW I’m beyond impressed and will definitely be my go-to for swimwear!!

I ordered the Demitris for my trip to Miami, it fit nicely. My measurements are 34DD, 28 and the medium fit perfectly.

Purchased the Stephanos tank coverup dress and it looks amazing on me! The shipping took about a week. I didn’t like that I had to pay for shipping but the price of the dress was on sale so it was almost like the shipping was free.

I ordered the astros 3 piece set with low expectations because of the reviews that I saw. I was surprised when my order arrived in 4 days! It came sealed in a poly mailer bag and I was excited to run inside and try it on. The swim suit did not disappoint! I was so satified with my purchase and it was super affordable for a bikini and long skirt cover-up. I spend more than $40 to eat lunch these days so to sped that for a complete beach outfit is insanely good! I had to submit a review because the experience I had was phenomenal and I will buy more for sure.

@mayadaniele it's beautiful items. I love all mine. But the customer service is disappointing. I ordered 6 pieces upto 3 hrs prior to the flash sale and denied a price adjustment. The reasoning is totally disloyal when I showed them over 12 orders from me. They'd rather lose a loyal customer over principal than show appreciation. It's not the money obviously, it's the principal. So, I guess it's Farwell to this company. Smh

I placed an order on 2/5/24. As of today it has not been received. After numerous attempts to contact the company and have them resolve the issue nothing has been done. They even apologized in an email and said they would get right on it and reissue the merchandise. Still nothing! I have had issues with them prior, but those issues were resolved within a timely manner. I don’t know who’s behind the shipping or order placement but there is definitely some issues.

On December 19th, I informed the company that I wanted to return three items that was returnable for order 1226859. They gave me the instructions and they informed me that I would have to pay to send it back within 14 days from the date it was delivered to me. I returned the items on the same day. The items were delivered to them on Dec. 22nd. I followed up on Jan. 8th for the status of my refund. They asked me on Jan. 8th what items I returned and I replied with a list of the items and the return receipt from the post office. On Jan. 16th, the apologized for the inconvenience of stating the sent the refund request and should take 72 hours to receive the refund. On Jan. 14th I emailed them again stating that I still had not received my refund. On Jan. 16th they stated the return department experienced some delays and I should receive it as soon as possible. I told them that, the customers shouldn’t have to suffer and they need to refund me my money ASAP. On 25JAN, they stated they issued me a refund of $193.50 and said I should see it in 3-7 business days. Here we are Feb.3rd and I have not received my refund of $193.50. This company seems very suspicious and this is totally unacceptable how they’ve conducted business. They received my items within the time frame given and it’s a month and a half later and I have not received my money. This place is a SCAM! I see this same thing is happening to other people. I’m definitely reaching out to an attorney and contacting the media. These scammers need to be held accountable.

On 19JAN I emailed them stating that I still have not received my refund. On 20JAN2024 they stated the return department experienced some delays and I should receive it as soon as possible. I told them that, the customers shouldn’t have to suffer and they need to refund me my money ASAP. On 25JAN, they stated they issued me a refund of $90.66 and I should see it in 3-7 business days. Here we are 02FEB and I have not received my refund of $90.66. This company seems very suspicious and this is totally unacceptable how they’ve conducted business. They received my items within the time frame given and it’s a month and a half later and I have not received my money. This combat is a SCAM!

Only writing this here because the owner doesn’t allow negative reviews on the site. I’ve ordered from this site numerous times and I’ve really never had a problem. This time, I ordered 2 mystery basix boxes and received FOUR pairs of joggers and a crop and a bodysuit. I was disappointed about the lack of diversity and decided to write a review. That was weeks ago and new positive reviews are popping up but not the negative ones. That’s shady to me, let buyers see how your customers really feel about your products. I was willing to shop there again but now I see how she operates. I can’t trust a business that won’t show negative reviews because we all know reviews help shape the buyers experience and decisions.

I have been waiting a on a refund since Dec 11 as of today Jan 10 they have not sent it yet. They keep saying it will be sent but nothing yet. They have confirmed receipt of the return and keep saying they will send my money. I am reporting this issue as FRAUD. The items I kept were perfect but i want my money refund for the items I did not keep

I don’t know what’s worse than the fact that a month later, I still haven’t gotten a response, or she still hasn’t sent my items. I would ABSOLUTELY NEVER SHOP there again. So unprofessional! I had to write on the Instagram page to get her attention! She immediately deleted my comment and responded in my inbox. #gross as a business owner for over ten years, I don't know how this girl is still in business with all of these bad reviews! I wish i could give ZERO stars! This girl is a scam! How could you just NOT send me what i paid for. I think im so irritated because she emailed me and acted if she would send my items out. But never did! Fraud!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. SHIPPING AND SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. Placed an order three weeks ago. STILL no package. Have sent 11 emails!! NO Response. They have no customer service number and now I see why.

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAOVR AND SHOP ELSE WHERE!! Matte collection is one big fraud!!! which is sad. Matte collection has Such amazing items online that you will never see IN PERSON. When placing my order I received a conformation for my order, hours later I also received a email stating that there is fraud on my end. Therefore my order would be cancel. But that wasn't the end of it. Matte collection charged my card for the full amount. AND kept the items!

If I could rate a 0 I would. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The samething all the other people are commenting about also happen to me... purchased 2 items only 1 item received. Then took over 3 weeks to receive an incomplete package. Im pissed. All I want is a refund!!!!

This was my first order with this company and one item is missing and the order took long to come. I will report fraud if they don’t reach out within the 24 hours.

I ordered for a trip. Standard delivery time with processing and shipping is about 7-8 days. It took 21 days to receive my order. MY TRIP WAS OVER. I have emailed the company about my order being delivered weeks late AND not receiving my entire order. I received 3 of the 6 items and also a duplicate of 1 of the items. I have reached out to the company via email, which stated their response time is 24-48 hours. IT HAS BEEN 6 DAYS AND STILL NO RESPONSE. I’m just going to report this as fraud to my bank.

I ordered two bathing suites on Aug 3, 2023. I reached out 3 times and never heard back from customer service in regards to why it was taking so long for me to receive my order. Aug 21, 2023 I received my order and it only had one bathing suite in the package. Horrible customer service and shipping took forever, not to mention I only received half of my purchase.
