Yeah, this company is 100% a scam. I got a tracking number but they were shipped from IL to LA. I live in IL, the post office is literally down the street from my address where they shipped them from. After 4 weeks with no movement I emailed them and they told me don’t worry. I just checked the tracking and they are on the way to LA. Someone is getting a order but it’s not me. Already reached out to PayPal.

This company is fraudulent. Thankfully I paid through Paypal and got my money back. They sent me a bogus tracking number and the package was never sent.

I ordered a pair of sneakers weeks ago got nothing, tried emailing and email gets returned, no tracking information available!!!! SCAM

I order Nike air max least 2 weeks ago and I never heard from an update or received anything about them not even a email they stole my money and everyone else who reviewed this site said don't buy from them they were right never buy or order anything from this site trust don't make the mistake I've made from this site

I have ordered shoes from them. The shoes are a no show. They are a scam. I should have known better.

Every email I send is refused. I’ve spent a LOT of money on these shoes. I just needed a larger size. I’ll kiss the $172 goodbye and give a BAD review every chance I get!! So, now I get to buy ANOTHER pair!! BUT NOT FROM THEM!!!!!!

J’ai déjà commandé une paire sur ce site que j’ai reçus il n’y a eu aucun soucis… cependant j’ai refais une commande de deux sneakers pour un cadeau pour les fêtes de fin d’années et je n’ai jamais reçus mes paires de chaussures on me dit qu’elle ont été expédiés mais le suivi n’est pas mis à jour elles sont bloqués au même endroit depuis maintenant plus de deux semaines… j’ai donc abandonné l’idée que j’allais les recevoir. Et en essayant de les contacter l’adresse qui m’est fournie est fausse car quand je leur envoie un mail il m’est retourné en me disant que l’adresse mail est introuvable… je veux donc retourner sur le site pour essayer de trouver d’autres moyens de les contacter mais impossible de retrouver le site il a disparu de tous les navigateurs… est-ce que pour ma part ou cela le fait à d’autres utilisateurs ? J’essaye donc maintenant de me faire rembourser mais cela n’est pas facile… sauriez vous comment pourrai-je me faire rembourser s’il vous plaît ?

Si vous pouvez m’aider à récupérer mon argent suite à cette arnaque qui s’élève de mon côté à 350$ ce qui n’est pas non plus une petite somme veuillez me contacter par mail à : jojo

I ordered a pair of Jordans on Dec 10, 2024 and received an email of the invoice. Here it is New Years Day and still nothing. No interaction just Zilch, NOTHING! I’ve tried emailing them from their listed email addresses but they get returned with not being found. Total scam. Can anyone give me an email address to use make contact with them because the ones I’m using apparently don’t work.

The Products are fake. In vase you want to return your Order nobody is answering your Mails, no Phonenumber.

BETRAYAL!! Ordered a pair of sneakers, they NEVER ARRIVED. Write to the Company- they never responded! 180 Euros down the drain! Don’t order anything here- this is criminal behavior!

I purchased a pair of shoes for my husband and waited weeks, they never arrived. After complaining they offered to send me another pair. Those did arrive but the sizing was wrong and they refused to respond to my requests to return them. I don’t know who these people are but don’t waste your money. $155 down the drain!

La référence des chaussures écrites sur la boîte ne correspond pas aux chaussures. Les finitions ne sont pas parfaites, on voit les coutures car les semelles sont mal collées. Après recherche, les numéros de série sont identiques et le qr codes renvoient à un autre modèle. Ces chaussures sont des contrefaçons. Site à éviter absolument.

I ordered Space Jams. They came and one shoe was smaller then the other plus they are fake! So don’t buy from this site.

Elaborate Scam- This is how it works

Ordered shoes. No confirmation. Nothing. Reached out a week later, no response. No phone number only an email address that goes unanswered. Challenged the charges with PayPal.

As soon as I challenged the charges, PayPal gets back to me with a UPS tracking number provided by the seller.

However, while I am waiting at home for delivery, I look up the tracking number on my phone and it says delivered but there is no package.

I call UPS and despite the package being delivered in my town, UPS informs me that the the delivery address has a different name and different address than my own.

I see on the UPS website that it’s a business name that accepted the package so I drive to the business and the package with that tracking number is there but it’s not shoes but ink cartridges which the company ordered. So what’s happening is that as part of the scam they are providing PayPal with a legit tracking number to the town I’m in but the sender is not Matoyli and the receiver of the package wasn’t me. I reported the scam to the FTC. Hopefully their website gets shut down soon.
