Highly recommended for a shop to get your vehicle fixed. We've used them for a number of years for serving our vehicles and have been highly satisfied clients. They are honest and reputable do deal with. They are willing to find issues that dealerships will other wise not fix until they're pretty much dead or become a larger issue. Highly recommended.

Yes they are expensive but when you price compare with the rest of the automotive market they're actually just about right.

Matthewson's Automotive is a reasonably good place to get mechanical done on your car. It's a little expensive but worth it for the short wait, quick diagnosis and good customer service. They turn no client away.

I came here after getting tired of bad service provided by Toyota. I got tired of waiting six+ hours for an oil change. Lemon factory defects were not warranty honored. Mandated government recalls were not fixed until I purchased a service. Government recalls were not always fixed nor honored. My car was not involved in the break peddle defect but they would not repair nor look at it until the government passed a mandated recall for "all" Toyotas to have it fixed. Toyota appointments were not honored and vehicles were often fixed in the manner in which they arrived first. I could go on nad on but this has been my experience with Toyota. I had an issue going on with my car and behold Toyota was being a jerk-hole about even looking at the car. Generally you had to wait for the issue to die and cause additional damage to the vehicle before Toyota would even look at it. I took it into Matthewson's and within an hour it was diagnosed and fixed within the day. Shuttle service for a ride home was wonderful. Sorry Toyota but never going back to you again nor purchasing another one.

Matthewson's is great for all sorts of repairs. Reputable and reasonable for prices. Prices might seem steep but when you price compare they're only about 10-15% marked up which is still cheaper than the dealerships. I've been satisfied with Matthewson's' for the past few years and would recommend them. It takes a lot for me to give a five star review.
