MasterPieces Inc Anmeldelser

When receiving the product it was much more orange than the images on the site. Its honestly unusable unless I go and buy additional spray paint to correct. Returning it also does not make sense since you have to pay return shipping, so either way you loose money.

I've been working puzzles my entire life and I am 69 years old. I purchased a puzzle of the Grand Canyon. I have never before opened a brand new sealed puzzle and found so many bent up pieces. It was hard to get the pieces to lay flat because of this. I finally finished it, but will never purchase a MasterPieces puzzle again.

The product I ordered was delivered on-time and both items were securely packaged and brought to me without any hiccups. Also both products were exactly what I was expecting but the fun associated with them exceeds my expectations.

Got the order early and in time for Christmas. Item was well packed and exactly what we ordered.

Great service & fast shipping! The puzzle is just as represented on the website. The kids love it!

Buying the product was fine, the problem lies in with whom or how you chose to get it to me. I ordered it on the 11th and finally received it on the 29th. The delivery date never changed from it showing on the 19th, the tracking info never showed delayed delivery, it was not very informative with what was going on or why it was going to be 10 days late from the projected delivery date of the 19th. Well after it was needed. This is the only thing my daughter specifically asked for and guess what? It didn't make it under the tree. Make certain if you need it like it's projected delivery date you expedite your shipping I guess and pray it gets there

Great product fast delivery

This was an excellent gift for my son that has Asperger’s Syndrome and is a huge Buffalo Bills fan!

The whole experience with buying and receiving puzzles from your company is simply awesome! With this current order, the shipping was fast, the puzzles were high quality and fun, and my adult kids always love getting them at Christmas. PLUS, they were on sale - 50% off just for the day I ordered. What a deal! I'll be back numerous times to buy more. Thank you so much, and happy holidays!

Puzzle quality great, large pieces and variety of shapes.

Arrived on time for Christmas

Speedy service!

One of the puzzles was missing pieces. The picture quality is very good but the puzzle itself had a lot of bend pieces. I put in for a replacement.

Great puzzles for elderly. Large pieces, easy to pick up. Good quality. And he loves the picture inside the box.

I have purchased puzzles from MasterPieces Inc. in the past, and have always been pleased! They include a nice sized 'poster' to be able to see the picture better. The selection of puzzles is always good!

The 300 piece easy grip puzzles work great for my sister with macular degeneration. Shipping is always pretty quick

Fast delivery! Great puzzles! The favorite puzzle company at this house!!!
