Taking too long
I have not received my rough draft on my painting yet. According to my email, I was suppose to get a rough draft of my painting from the artist 2 days ago, and haven't gotten a response. This is a gift and I want it to get there on time!

This was a unique and hilarious gift. Processing plus shipping time was faster than expected and I loved that I got to approve the art work before the final product was made.

Picture folded/crushed in shipment
The picture is beautiful, but it was crushed in delivery. Recommend that you use tubes to send these so that the boxes are not crushed. This was too expensive to receive in bad shape.

Facial tone does not match hat and clothes. (Light/dark). Lighting glare on face doesn't match clothing light glare. Facial discoloration (Uneven skin tone). It should NOT look like an expensive cut and paste job.

I think the end product looks cool
I think the end product looks cool. I still haven’t got the actual product. Just the digital download. The first time I asked for a revision it didn’t look like they did anything. Maybe they did but it wasn’t noticeable. Also, don’t pay for the skip the line/expedite stuff. It doesn’t do anything. It’s been approved since day before yesterday and from what I can tell it still hasn’t gone to the printers. It doesn’t make it ship any faster, just “skips you to the head of the line” for artwork. Maybe it takes several days between revisions if you don’t have it, I don’t know, but I didn’t feel like it was very expedited for an extra $18.

After three attempts
After three attempts, they have yet to get it right. Her head is too big for the baby du, and for some reason they have stretched her chin to where her face shape looks like Jay Leno. I’m hoping the fourth time is the charm.
