There is a website set up there are calls being made but it is also a scam and a very clever one they appear a very professional outfit with well spoken older call handlers but this is a scam please avoid I’m hoping to save some one else being caught out!

Horrific. Conned into a contract where I’d apparently be paying the cheapest electric of a day rate of £3 something with Ruby Energy when I could have had a day rate of £0.65 with EDF. No detailed explanation of energy contracts or anything

Dan is amazing. He has been so kind and patient throughout, and has been at the end of the phone when I’ve needed him. He has sorted for us - gas, electric, broadband, phone, contactless payments, refuse collection and insurance. He is an asset to any startup business. Thank you

Had Dan deal with me and out of all the people that tried to sell me energy he didn’t force or use pressure tactics like everyone else he was honest and broke down any costs or concerns I had at the time. He was professional and dealt with me quickly and gave me his phone number to call whenever I needed any questions answering. Couldn’t recommend Dan at master energy enough especially for a small business the help has been massive.

I was on a domestic rate and was told I’d save money by moving to commercial for my Airbnb. I was never told there was no cooling off period. I was stupid enough to believe Craig who charismatically wooed me into signing the paperwork without reading the small print. Within 30 min of putting the phone down and speaking to my husband I realised I’d made a huge mistake but Craig said he was unable to do anything about it. 6 months on I’m crippled with dept paying Ruby energy £3000 per year just to use the meters that’s without the energy usage that was always higher. I was swindled and I feel stupid.

Craig was brilliant! Took away the stress of finding the best deal for my business. Friendly, helpful and patient! Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend master energy. I spoke with a lovely gentleman Craig Lord who was very efficient and knowledgeable. He did his upmost to ensure I was getting the best deal regarding my commercial energy company. Friendly and bubbly character that made me feel at ease!

Currently waiting a phone call from people he has passed my number onto regarding insurance, and waste removals. 10/10 services!
