I was well pleased with the entire process. I ordered “sidewalk delivery” and the delivery person took great pains to move our equipment as close to our door as possible. The tables were easy to set up and have been working great. I have three very thankful therapists! Thank you!

I have been a customer of massage tools for the past 5 years, I have purchased hot towel warmers, mag lights, esthetics carts and several other items. The quality of their products and customer service is great.
I am completely satisfied with the products and the level of customer care. If I have a question or need any assistance they are professional and efficient in responding on a timely manner. I highly recommend Massage tools.

Bought a handheld massager which was…
Bought a handheld massager which was advertised as "lightweight"..It was huge and very heavy. I am 81 years old and knew I would not be able to use it. Followed return instructions, no return label. Also a restocking fee of 15%. So now I have to pay for returning it plus insurance plus 15% fee. It cost me money for something I could not use. Called the company and they could not care less. Told it was "company policy."

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Upon reviewing this order I do see it was for a hand held massager and that the massager weighs approx 3.5 lbs. We do have a 15% re-stocking fee on hand held massagers as we are unable to re-sell them as new. We do care about customers, however this is our return policy. Please check our return policy online or feel free to call at anytime prior to purchasing if you have any questions. I apologize for your experience with this item.

I paid $150 to have the table delivered and when the delivery guy came he did not even take it off the truck he said he is not supposed to tell me this but if he puts it down it is an extra $25 so I called the company and that they said that is how it is supposed to be so I would never buy something again from the this company

Hi Joelle, I reviewed the delivery receipt and confirmed a liftgate was ordered. I'm not sure why the driver did not perform the service we requested. All freight shipments include liftgate and call ahead notification. I apologize for your experience.
