I ordered a pink sapphire in platinum band, the craftsmanship is perfect and the ring is truly beautiful and was also an excellent price. The difference between this and mass produced is paramount; I would thoroughly recommend and will be using again without a doubt! Thank you so much!

The whole experience was very pleasant and straight forward. It was explained that the ring was going to be made to order and what metal would be used (9ct gold with the option to choose other metals) as well as what type of gems (natural black diamonds) which I appreciated as a lot of jewellers try to pass off lab gems as real gems. He also informed me that the ring would be hallmarked. He asked for my ring size and as I’m between sizes, he made it a half size for me. He kept me updated throughout the whole process with messages and photos so I was kept in the loop and he did it all within weeks including the hallmarking. I’m now the proud owner of a handmade black diamond pinky ring. I definitely would wholeheartedly recommend Mason Carter Jewellery and I’ll be using his services again in the future. So much better than the factory mass produced rings. Can’t wait to design my next ring!

I found Mason Carter Jewllery on instagram after months of searching for a ring- being fussy and couldn't find quite what i wanted, we worked together and discussed designs and after all my questions and image sharing, Mason Carte delivered a stunning emerald green and dimond ring set in a 9ct band. It exceed every expectations and I am not looking to purchase a matching band. Excellent craftman ship, excellent communication, lovely to deal with and amazing jewellery.

I have bought a platinum half eternity ring from this bussiness seller. He has specified that the ring platinum weight is 4.8. when I received the ring weight it it was 3.5g. Have contacted the seller and he was dismissive and was blaming me of wrong doing. Have made a hand calculations of the weight to prove that that the ring is not at the weight it was sold at. Have been treated with disrespect and seller acted totally unprofessional. Please be aware when buying from this bussines.
