David came to our home to carry out EPC assessment on behalf of our landlady for her to be able to conform with the new Renters’ Rights Act 2026.
He arrived at the appointed time, explained what was involved and then went about his work in a professional manor.

He was very knowledgeable and had lots of relevant experience to aid his survey to be conducted in an informed professional way. David was a very pleasant chatty person and the time spent completing the survey and logging the data should have been at a higher cost than charged.
