As a long-distance landlord, getting a flat ready between tenancies can be a hassle. Tony delivered a full repaint and numerous repairs, making the whole process pain-free by liaising with agents and cleaners on my behalf, leaving the flat ready for the new tenants to move in. He is also very good at clearly managing expectations regarding timing.
Everything was excellent from start to finish. Delivered in time and on budget!
The Quartz worktop and Island bar templates were measured on a Wednesday and the worktops and Island bar worktop was ready and installed 2 days later on the Friday.

Tony Ganchev was the contractor who did some remodel work for our flat. He tore out a divider wall, added a new wall, patched the hardwood floors, and removed a doorway in a hall for us. He did a great job and finished it in a timely manner. He also was careful to keep the common areas in our building free from debris and made sure to not cause any damage when moving material to and from the flat. I would definitely recommend Tony to anyone looking for a contractor to do some remodeling work. He also does bathroom and kitchen installations as well.
