Bo Staff Plain Rattan good product but delivery cost was way over the top It cost more to get it delivered than the price of the staff.

Got a budget Taekwondo suit with the ITF logo. It does the job but delivery costs are a bit over the top. Otherwise service was good and product was good

Century Bob is a Great bag but it came direct from a UK warehouse and I had to pay extra custom fees as it was being shipped to Ireland. It is in their terms but it should have been made more clearly to me.

Re Order #56362. I am not a competitor. In summary, ordered a wushu spear. Company emailed a few weeks later to say supplier didn’t have any in stock, and I would have to wait 4 weeks, or I could get full refund. Opted for refund. Email documents sent to me stating full refund issued. Waited 15 days, no refund. Contacted company by email - no response. I raised a disputed payment claim with my credit card company and continued to email company who have not responded. This now 3 weeks from when the refund was supposedly issued. Credit card company have issued me with a temporary refund (at their expense). Still no refund or response from the company. I hope the credit card company takes them to court, but it’s no longer my problem.

Just received this:
As you opened a dispute the funds get locked by card company

So we cannot touch funds or refund them

So when the card company refund the money its not theirs It is your own money

For future reference if you want a refund fast don't open a dispute first as funds get locked up for a month or two.

So by asking us for a refund after you open a dispute is fraud

and you clearly say this in your review.

You can kept the review there if you like but you are leaving yourself open to prosecution.

I asked for a refund, waited for 15 days as per your email. I reminded you that you had not refunded me and I would open a dispute with the credit card company. You consistently ignored my emails.

Now, after my review, you contact me to accuse me of fraud.

Interesting approach to customer services. Though I’m not sure it will catch on.

Thanks for showing some interest now, and of course for your free advice. Strange how you accuse most giving you a poor review that they are either fake or they are trying to scam you. Just an observation.

Im afraid I was scammed. I made a large order and after that no further contact was made from Martial Arts Ireland. The map leads to nowhere. There is a name or number to reach out to.zero customer service. How do I get my money back?

Ordered a midnight blue TSD belt on May 27th. On May 30th they contacted me by e-mail that the item was out of stock and if I did not contact them to cancel the order, they would keep the order and send the belt as soon as it was back in stock in one week. So I kept the order. Later I saw on their website that there were 3 in stock. So on June 25th I replied on their initial message if it was correct that there were 3 belts in stock and when I would receive the belt. No answer. And today it still states that there are 3 belts in stock. Of course I can send another e-mail and I will, but I expect no answer. And seeing al the bad reviews here lately, I suspect a scam...

Happy with my new punch bag. It was easy to set up. The only thing is the box was a little damaged. Product inside was fine though.

I purchased a bob from them and it was sent directly from the UK - however they informed me in advance that I would have a customs fee to pay and offered me the option of a refund if I wished. But even with the tariffs, it turned out to be fantastic value for money.

Got a few of these for my club. The price and quality of products was top class I will be buying again .

Ordered a bo staff in November still have not received it followed up via email as no phone number is available they said I should have it by now and they would look into it but I haven't heard back even after messaging a few more times and requesting a refund. Absolutely admissible customer service have my mo ey 5 months now and can't even be bothered replying to me .
Don't risk buying off them as they will not engage once they have your money

I purchased a bo staff on their website last October’2024, they cancelled the order and never refunded the money. Don’t go near this crowd, they’re a rip off. Now I have to go to my bank and see if I can claim something back under the fraudulent retailer process.

Main purchase was a century Bob XL. I received everything in good time except for Escrima Sticks however I did receive my refund after a few weeks. Overall I was happy with the company.

Got a leg stretcher for Christmas. Delivery was on time even when it was so close to Christmas, also got tracking number for my order plus a follow up email to tell me keep an eye on tracking just in case the courier got lazy in the run up to Christmas - the leg stretcher arrived on time and was a top class product. Not sure why people on here call the company fake. As they only take two payment methods PayPal & Card Both are 100% traceable and can be refunded by bank or paypal if there is a problem. So they cannot keep your money even if they tried.

25th of December 2024, I bought two products worth over 100 e.
Since then, I haven't received an e-mail confirming the transaction, nor a response to any of the four e-mails sent later. I also tried calling the number provided by Martialarts Ireland on Trustpilot, but the number is incorrect. I feel cheated, even robbed.

My son Top ten head guard a year ago. On the site it said they were in stock, but they weren’t. Later he get an email, saying that they’re out of stock, and that he’ll get one in approximately 4-6 weeks. It also mentioned on the email that if he didn’t want to wait, he could ask for a full refund or change to another item. 1 year later he still haven’t got his head guard or refund and when he tried to contact them via email, no one answered.

EDIT: 28/11/2024 - Changing my review to 3 stars as my order has now been cancelled and the payment has been refunded. Still disappointed that we weren't able to get our order but thankful that I'm not out of pocket. Better comms would have stop this negative review from being posted.

I ordered four items on October 4, 2024. [Order #56084] The website said they were all in stock when I ordered. I got an email the same day as my order saying that:

The following note has been added to your order:
Sorry about this but this but one item is out of stock.
They where suppose to be in last week, but never arrived. Our supplier says we will have more end of next week. Your full order will than go out to you

I sent a follow-up email on the 22nd Oct, no response.

Second follow-up email sent on 24th Oct, got the below response:

sorry about delay in getting back to you
But we are having problems with couriers not wanting to deliverer Bo's because of there length
Our last shipment of Bo's got sent back to uk because courier here would not pick them up
We hope to have it all sorted by end of week and we should be able to get them out to you next week

Third follow-up email sent on the 6th Nov, no response.

Fourth follow-up email sent on the 11th Nov, no response.

Fifth follow-up email sent today, 15th Nov. I don't have much hope of getting a response.

Their website states that if you want to speak to a member of staff you should email your phone number and they will ring you back as soon as possible. I sent my phone number requesting a call back on the 6th Nov. 9 days later and I still have not had a call.

The eircode is for a u-storeit facility in Cork. Which is not very comforting or helpful as I can't even go into their office to complain. All I can do is email and they appear to be very good at ignoring emails.

I truly hope that I receive my order, as it is for my kids and they are desperate to get it. They will be grading for their karate in December and have not been able to practice at home as we are awaiting our order for a month and a half.

While I wait, hopefully not in vain, I will be researching the Consumer Protection Commission website to see what recourse I have!

Avoid! Purchased four items from this company of which their website stated were in stock. As of now the only communication Ive received since placing my order was the email to confirm they had received my order (#56054 just to prove this is a real complaint, as I see from other reviews that they are in denial about their service). I sent three emails requesting information regards my order and also requested a call back of which I haven't had any reply to date.

Never received items, after countless emails finally got a reply from "We sent you a few emails saying some items are out of stock
and asked if you wanted a refund or to wait
But by the looks of it you never got these emails
So now i am guessing you want a refund"
These said emails were never sent and requested refund was never sent. Had to dispute transaction through Revolut and MAI (TCsports) actually tried to fight it. Only recieved refund today, 3 months later!

Ordered a number of items and one was on backorder. Was promised week after week that I would get it next week. Order received eventually minus one item and they will not respond to repeated emails. I received an email saying the order has been completed. Very poor Avoid at all costs,

Bought a century bob jacket for our small martial arts club. Funds raised by members and we ordered from martial arts Ireland.
Order #55826] (March 31, 2024) so you know it’s not a scam!
They responded saying the item was hard to get hold of as all orders went to USA clubs.
I gave them till July 10 th and then requested a refund.
All correspondence kept stating a refund would be issued but nothing came. I even reported them to PayPal, but no luck.

Martial arts Ireland I will revoke this review if you please return our refund!
