Having bought excellent items from Martha in the past. Narrowly missing her signature 24 days item last year and contacting them several times since I am extremely frustrated to see that the limited stock sold out during the Amazon network issue. The email from Chris said sorry - try again next year. Now having spent too long in UK Retail industry seeing insufficient stock, causing a lottery of purchase like pop concert tickets, being told to wait is a very poor service! So for me I won’t be buying from this company again.

The company are really lovely to deal with and they did a custom organiser for me. I was very pleased with it but the material cover quickly becomes stained. Mine has to live in my home office now because I can't bring a stained organiser into meetings with me. A pity, as it's very pretty but just not real-world proof.

I have bought a note book with a refill pad. I ordered this with a gift box and a note as a birthday gift. I am so happy with a beautiful gift box, a handwritten note, all other detailed and thoughtful finishings. The only downside is I wanted an inscription on the note pad and the name I wanted has 7 characters. I had to settle with an initial. I would gladly shop again in future. Thank you.
