Monogerm variety, needs less thinning
Beetroot ‘Moneta’ produces round crimson roots with superb flavour, perfect for picking as baby beets. This is a monogerm variety, with each cluster of seeds producing just one seedling, so it needs less thinning than most beets. It’s also slow to bolt, making it an ideal choice for first-time growers. Delicious picked young as baby beets or left to mature.
