I worked on customizing the tone and length of the content based on the requirements of platforms like Reddit, LinkedIn, quora .I also learned how AI helps improve engagement by structuring posts, using effective keywords, and maintaining clarity. Through this process, I gained experience in prompt creation, content polishing, and choosing the right formats for different audiences. This helped me understand how AI can support CSR communication, content marketing, and digital outreach.
