Używam od kilku lat produktów Marolex i ja akura bardzo ! sobie je chwalę. Nigdy nie miałem z nimi problemów a w przypadku gdy potrzebowałem dodatkowego wyposażenia w zeszłym roku bardzo pomocny okazał się ich serwis - nawet dostałem gratis element (drobny) który zgubiłem. Bardzo dobrze tą firmę oceniam.

I purchased two Marolex sprayers after seeing numerous positive YouTube reviews praising their quality and innovation, which I now suspect may have been sponsored content. Unfortunately, one of the sprayers failed right out of the box as I couldn’t even pressurise it. The second one works, but its performance is noticeably below par compared to other sprayers I’ve used over the years. Since both products came with a 5-year warranty, I reached out to customer support hoping for a straightforward resolution. Instead, I was met with a series of repetitive and unhelpful emails asking me to disassemble the product, take photos, take videos, reassemble it, and repeat the process — all without resolving the issue. The representative I dealt with, often didn’t respond to emails or claimed they were never received. Even when I provided proof, there was no apology or meaningful follow-up — just more delays and requests that felt like stalling tactics. To make matters worse, I was questioned about what product I used in the sprayer, despite clearly stating that I only used the same product as I’ve done with previous sprayers for years without issue. After twelve emails, I was worn down by what felt like a deliberate attempt to avoid providing support. I simply don’t have the time to keep going in circles.

I would never buy these products again. I strongly recommend others to think twice before purchasing.
