A poor start, but a great outcome! After placing an order from the U.S., there was an initial breakdown in communication—involving delays and some misunderstandings—but the team managed to turn things around good. In this regard, I must say that their customer service department did an good job. Ultimately, I am happy that they kept their word and delivered everything I purchased; a big thank you to Besma for her support. I am now keeping my own word by sharing my satisfaction here on Trustpilot.

We had a great experience with MPP throughout the process of opening our LLC. Everything was straightforward, professional, and well organized.

I had been dealing with this company for a long time and continued using their services despite their relatively high prices. Unfortunately, this time my experience was extremely disappointing.

I paid $120 for one year for what I was told would be a dedicated UK phone number with a private management panel. However, I was ultimately provided with a number through MoreMins, a service that costs around $20 per year.

What made the experience even worse was that I was promised a dedicated panel to manage the number, but instead I was simply redirected to a third-party application. I also spent more than a month trying to get a response and resolve the issue, with little to no meaningful support.

The problem is not simply the price. I paid for a specific service and set of features, but what I received was completely different from what was advertised and promised.

After being a long-term customer, this experience was extremely disappointing and left me feeling that my money and time were wasted. I cannot recommend the service based on this experience.

Bad customer service I for a team that resells services and does nothing, you would expect top notch customer service and timely replies from a reseller upselling you other providers services yet MP Partner does the opposite of that. and I am not talking about the ai ( chat gpt ) replies that makes you feel like you are talking to a robot no I am talking about their delivery and services.

You could send them a payment for an order only to receive no confirmation and no reply and they don't even bother to ask the other providers and put your order in motion until you follow up 300 times. and believe me when I say I have 5 companies with them or let's say I used to because I will be moving to 1stformation or anywhere else.

and what made me blow up completely is the fact that I am supposed to have received an important letter to the address i paid for yearly for 3 years, yet when I asked for the mail they said they don't have it because I didn't do some kind of kyc with their provider and now after having done that they said I should ask the sender for a new copy, and you gave guessed it I am not able to receive a second copy.

I had my call with faris for the digital nomad spain and honestly they explain everything from a to z and what you need to start on the process high recommend them

The first time they delivered in the right time . Tge second one late for months . But the last one int the right time

Tested them twice
First time they delivered perfectly, they delivered a uk llc with PayPal and payoneer and everything, second time they made me pay 200 dollars for an itin, after I payed them they said it’s going to take up to 3 months, after 1 month I received an email stating that I should go to the USA embassy to get my passport stamped for verification and that this will be the fastest way but there was a slower way that I don’t get my passport stamped and send them a photo of it, so I sent them the photo of my passport, 2 months passed with no new updates or anything, so I texted them asking for an update, they said please wait one more month, I waited then I texted them again, they said please email us, so I emailed them, but still they didn’t respond on the email , so I texted them on WhatsApp, but everytime I tell them I’m asking about my ITIN they immediately stop responding.

They’re now claiming that once application at December 2024 i didn’t have a passport, so I asked them with a screenshot of my passport that was issued in 2020 and I said then what is this, so then the said”can you explain this point to me, why didn’t you get the passport notarized when requested” point here, they said the passport notarization was an option making it faster, and after all of this discussion they come to say that delivery is soon, can I ask what delivery, and what do you mean and itin can take 1 year, on all peoples application the most it takes is 3 months, I also realized, that after they scammed me I went to Apple with another company, the other company asked for a full passport scan and my signature, as they were CAA, while the other didn’t ask me for my signature nor a passport scan, and that’s the CAA option ruled out, but they also didn’t ask for my passport being mailed on to the irs, this is a clear case of fraud, and I don’t reccomend anyone to deal with this company. And last but not least, we are still in discussions as to what will happen, but as i am stating here and there, i will not accept any ITIN of any sort from them, i have already applied with someone else,what i am looking for is either a refund or a service for that amount.

I had my LLC formed with MP PARTNER and everything went smoothly, they updated me on every step made and had great customer support. I would love to keep working with them on all future LLC related procedures.
