Appalling customer service
Fish arrived on time in great condition. However there were 2 long spine urchins missing. Straight away I followed there procedure and opened a chat to report the issue. They offered a refund or delivery,
I opted for the delivery as I didn’t want to reorder and have to pay for the delivery again.
A week goes by with no contact. So I tried to chase this up using the chat. They told me that my order had been delivered and asked for proof of the correspondence where I had reported the missing items. As this is not the first time I have had issues with this company I had all of the screenshots of the conversation.
Eventually they said they would send a refund. I pointed out that reordering would leave me out of pocket due to the delivery costs as I would be paying for there error.
They came back with they didn’t have the stock at the time yet they were on the dispatch invoice and this stock has been on there weekly availability list for two weeks.
I believe, after spending over £3000 with them over the last 3 years, as a customer I am not worth the £20 delivery fee due to their error.
