The dress did not look like what it looked like in the picture that was advertised at all and they make returning it hard as possible and you have to pay $30 or more just to ship it back and they will only give you store credit it’s bull shit and they need to be shut down
They sent the wrong size and the item is listed as suede. It is not suede! This site is a scam!
The pants were flimsy and shoody. Their return policy requires requires you to send the item back to China and provide all sorts of extraneous documentation. Shipping 3 light pants cost $35 via usps. I have my fingers crossed about receiving any refund.

I would rate less than one star if that were an option.
Returns at my own shipping cost promised to be "easy" on the website, but in reality, the website never discloses that items must be returned to China....even though the company has a US address. Returns have to be approved first, but each email takes more than a day to generate a response, with constant pleas to accept a partial refund before the China address is ever disclosed....seemingly intentionally to use up part of the 30 day return window. These practices are absolutely not good customer service and may even be fraudulent under consumer protection standards in the US. I will not order from them again (after I use up my "store credit" which is apparently the only option available to me)
This company is reselling SHEIN products. I ordered a $50 swimsuit from them and the swimsuit is $10 on SHEIN. The shipping took forever. DO NOT BUY from them, just shop directly from SHEIN for a much cheaper price!
Ordered two shirts, and the shipping is very slow. They are being shipped from China to the United States, which also means it will be virtually impossible to return or exchange. Will not order from this company again.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered dressy black linen shorts with zipper and button closure. What I got was cheap polyester drawstring shorts. I contacted customer service promptly. They offered 20% of the cost refund and I keep the item. Or, I could ship it back to them for a full refund but they specify that it be a trackable method. So I go to the UPS store. Shipping with tracking to their address in China would be over $300. Bait and switch and then no way to get a full refund. This company is dishonest and shady.
I ordered wedge sandals for a weekend trip and they were very comfortable. Shipping was smoooth, though I wish there were more designs to choose😊
