I purchased the Marc-Antoine Barrois Discovery Set with every intention of upgrading to another full bottle. The fragrances themselves are excellent—in fact, I currently own four fragrances from this house. However, the customer service experience regarding the promotional voucher has been incredibly disappointing.
The website states that after purchasing the discovery set, you will receive a €40 voucher "Valid on marcantoinebarrois.com for the purchase of a 100ml perfume or 50ml Extrait, within 4 weeks."
Because of how this is written in English, it reads as though the voucher will be delivered via email within a 4-week window—not that it expires strictly 28 days from the purchase date. There is no clear "Expires on" or "Must redeem within 28 days" warning.
When I reached out to customer service to resolve this grammatical misunderstanding, I was met with a rigid refusal to honor the discount or issue a replacement code. While I genuinely respect what they do regarding their fragrances and think the artistry is exceptional, I cannot continue to support a company that allows its customers no grace or respect. Despite being a dedicated collector who already owns four of their scents, this poor experience means I will no longer be making any future purchases from this house.

L'achat par internet m'a paru excellent, surtout quand le vendeur du passage Véro-Dorat posté le lundi 8 juin, avec son attitude, nous a dissuadé d'acheter sur place, comme je le faisais d'habitude. J'espere tout de même pouvoir acheter en boutique parce que j'aime bien la magie de l'endroit, et parce que d'habitude les vendeurs ne posent pas de problème.

За първи път купувам от парфюмите на Марк, но познавам аромата на Ганимед и много исках да видя как ухаят и другите. Единствената ми забележка е, че промо кода, който получих важи за твърде кратък период от покупката. Иначе съм очарована от ароматите.
