Package never arrived on time
Package never arrived on time. They charged £7 for a special next day delivery, it came 4 days later and was given to a stranger to sign, not the person that was authorised.
The map was bent in one corner. Very cheap product I would not recommend spending money on this “maps”.

I can see that this was shipped on 13th January with delivery expected on the 14th, however it looks as though a request was made to Royal Mail for delivery not to be attempted on that day, so your order was delivered the following working day, on the 16th. It looks as though you have spoken with our live chat team regarding this and are looking to return your star map to us which we're currently awaiting.
