Ho avuto il piacere di lavorare con Manuela Magistro – Magistro Consulting per la realizzazione del mio sito e per alcune attività di marketing, e devo dire che è stata una vera professionista.
Manuela è precisa, disponibile e attenta ai dettagli: riesce a capire al volo cosa serve e a tradurlo in risultati concreti.
Mi ha seguita passo dopo passo, con grande pazienza e competenza, trovando sempre la soluzione giusta e spiegando tutto con chiarezza.
Oltre alla parte tecnica, ho apprezzato tantissimo il suo gusto estetico e la capacità di rendere ogni progetto curato e coerente con l’immagine aziendale.

In February 2025 I signed up for a $5,000 digital marketing package with Magistro Consulting Ltd to help launch my business, which promised delivery of a fully functioning marketing system (landing page, CRM workflows, email automation, chatbot, ads setup) within 3 weeks. I was quoted $5,000 in US dollars but then invoiced £5,000 GBP, around $1,400 more when converted.

In total I paid:
• £2,500 upfront (February 2025)
• £750 across five monthly payments (£150 × 5, March–July 2025)
• £480 in third-party subscriptions (Opus Clip, HeyGen, TypSet, Sintra), all instructed by Magistro Consulting but never actually used

That’s £3,730 out of pocket, and after 7 months, not a single promised deliverable was working.

My experience:
• Zero expertise: The 3-week deliverable was still incomplete after 7 months. It quickly became clear they did not have the technical skill or knowledge to configure the software correctly.
• Landing page failure: I had to design my own landing page entirely from scratch. When their “technician” copied it into Go High Levels software, it looked fine on the surface but didn’t actually function, enquiry forms never notified me when a potential client completed and submitted a form, and test subscriptions I submitted never triggered any emails as intended.
• Misrepresentation: “MC Software” is simply a rebranded version of GoHighLevel. Magistro Consulting are merely resellers with no technical expertise. You never actually own your own system, and you are locked into their account with ongoing monthly charges at whatever price they choose. By contrast, if you buy GoHighLevel directly, you own your system and receive expert support from the actual developers.
• Communication issues: Communication was poor throughout, with unclear explanations and unprofessional documentation. Even their own website is poorly written and unprofessional - in hindsight, an early warning of the service quality to expect.
• Improper demands: When I corrected simple grammatical errors in their email templates, my access to the software was suddenly blocked. I was then told I would need to pay an additional £2,500 to have my access restored.
• Unethical conduct: Despite explicit instructions to cancel my ongoing monthly payments, Magistro Consulting continued billing me. I was forced to block further payments through American Express. After waiting 7 months for a system that never worked, I requested a refund, only to be told that the contract contained no refund clause. Under UK law, the absence of a refund clause does not absolve a business of its statutory obligations to provide services with reasonable care and skill, or to offer remedies when they fail to do so. This is now in the hands of my solicitor. To make matters worse, they published recorded Zoom footage of me on Instagram without my consent, and when I requested removal, they blocked my access entirely. These are serious red flags that mirror the kind of tactics often seen in exploitative operations, and should make any potential client extremely cautious.
• Reputational damage: Due to their incorrect software setup, over 600 unauthorised and non-compliant emails were sent out in my name. Despite clear and undeniable evidence, Magistro Consulting repeatedly denied responsibility.
• Company history: This business has traded under several names: first as Fruit and Vegetables London Ltd, then Silverback Wild Ltd, and now Magistro Consulting Ltd (public record on Companies House). In hindsight, the fact that a supposed “technical marketing expert” was trading under a fruit and veg company name should have been a clear red flag.
• Trustpilot reviews: When I signed in February 2025 there were no Trustpilot reviews whatsoever. Since then, several 5-star reviews have appeared - at least three of which were written by her own staff, raising serious doubts about the credibility of the rest, particularly given that my own experience as a genuine customer was the complete opposite.

Bottom line:
I paid £3,730 and received nothing of any value in return: no working system, no functioning automations, and no deliverables. Only stress, wasted time, and reputational harm.
This entire experience has caused me immense stress and frustration over the past seven months, consuming my time, energy, and focus while I tried in vain to get what I paid for. Instead of receiving a working system, I have been left battling financial loss, reputational damage, and the ongoing burden of pursuing legal action to recover my money.

My advice: avoid Magistro Consulting Ltd at all costs. If you want to use GoHighLevel, go direct - don’t get trapped in this reseller’s broken system with no expertise, no accountability, and no results.

I juggle a full-time job and this business so expanding felt impossible. Then you showed me automation wasn’t some fancy tech buzzword but a real way to reclaim hours and scale up without burning out. Honestly, it feels like I’ve been given a superpower to work smarter not harder. If you want real change these are the folks to call.
