Manuka Money Anmeldelser

Carl came highly recommended to us and I can see why. Really personable and extremely knowledgeable. Carl has provided a first class customer experience throughout the whole process.

Great service , talked us through every step and always answered every question promptly . Upfront about cost . Would use again and recommend.

Excellent support through acquiring Life Insurance and Income Protection policies. I worked with Carl who was so helpful and attentive in finding me the best quotes and policies for my given circumstances alongside helping me with anything I needed to know. Very good company to use and would recommend to anyone who needed it.

Carl was super attentive and helpful throughout - even when things were not moving very fast on our side. He checked for better rates and got us a better deal right at the end when I thought we couldnt.
We completed today and are over the moon...see you on the remortgage!
Thank you so much!

Manuka Money provided an overall helpful service in securing my mortgage, though the experience wasn't without its challenges. While Carl showed expertise and was available to offer guidance throughout the process, I found some aspects of the support could have been smoother or more straightforward. It's clear the team is knowledgeable, but for me, the process felt more drawn out than I had hoped. Still, they did manage to secure a deal that met my needs, which I appreciated. A decent service, but room for improvement. 3 stars.

Great service - went above and beyond in order to obtain the best deal

Carl was incredibly helpful and personable. He took the stress out of securing our mortgage, and helped us secure our home! We recently went back to him so we could carry out some work on our house. Would recommend him to anyone needing a mortgage without the stress!

I was recommended to Carl and the Manuka money team by a friend and have been really impressed with the professional service. Carl went through the mortgage process with us in easy to understand language and has made the whole thing a breeze. Carl is alway quick to respond to any queries and has updated me on better rates that become available before we complete our property purchase and even told me to message him whilst he was was on a recent holiday if I needed anything! Unlike other mortgage advisors who ask for their fee when an agreement in principle is in place, the Manuka money fee is only paid on completion.
I have already recommended Carl to a work colleague who has also been very impressed and would not hesitate to use his services and recommended him in the future.

Carl at Manuka money is excellent. Expert advice tailored to my circumstances.

Nothing was too much trouble. As a first time buyer the team filled me with confidence to understand the process fully
