I just had a charge show up on my Visa Card for $99.99 that was not authorized by me. I made one request to look at a manual online for $0.95, but got charged a second $0.95on my Visa Card. Remove the unauthorized $99.99 charge and the second $0.95 charge that was not authorized by me either. Your website seems to be set up for entrapment after seeing what just happen to my transaction thinking I am spending $0.95,but get charged $100.94 moreh. What a racket! I am in contact on this matter with my Visa Company and the FBI. I just saw these 2 extra charges on my account today on 1-23-2024.

This is a scam. I paid 95 cents to order a manual which I got, but then my credit card was charged $100 for an annual subscription that I did not order.

I was billed / charged thru my credit card here in the Philippines in the amount of $ 69.95 under the name MANUALSLINK.COM LONDON GBR twice! One was last October 22,2023 (which I inadvertently paid) and the last one with sale date December 22,2023.

Why would I be billed/ charged with this amount while I did not order for this??? You can check your email with me last August 17, 2023. I am demanding for a refund of my first payment and will not pay the last charged to my credit card. I will inform my bank regarding this.

A couple of read reviews revealed that this particular flash light has a problem with battery leakage. I had this problem but at the same time I cleaned up the battery cartridge holder minus a couple of corroded coils and put new batteries in and the flash light works great so far! I'm pleased but perplexed of why it's working due to the batter placement coils on the bottom are missing 2 of them and still it lights up. I can honestly say this is one of the best flash lights I have ever invested in so far.

For whatever reason my new refrigerator did not come with a manual and this website seemed the logical choice to acquire one. I was not disappointed as my request was processed quickly and effectively.

Manualslink was able to find the exact manual that I had searched for but could not find anywhere. All for 99 cents. I will definitely use this service anytime I am in search of a hard to find manual…

This is not what I wanted. It is the directions for putting the iPad in the case. It is the insert found inside the iPad box. Not instructions explaining the keyboard itself. For example the function of the various keys. Truly disappointing. I would not recommend your service to anyone. Fooled me once.

They offer a download of a manual for $0.99. Then they charge you $99.95 for a "subscription" you never asked for. Don't use them.

Edited to add: After correspondence with them, this company did refund my $99.95. If you are considering using them, be sure to read all the fine print!

You sent the manual but when I clicked on the link I had to sign in again. WHY. The download shoild have been what popped up on the link you provided but it wasn’t I don’t understand the need to sign in again in order to print out the PDF.

TO MY SURPRISE AFTER NOT DELIVERING ANYTHING, I GOT A CONTACT FROM VISA INTERNATIONAL SCAM DEPARTMENT, THAT THEY NOTICED AN ATTEMPT TO DRAW IN AN UNLEGAL WAY AN AMOUNT OF OVER US$ 100, FROM MY ACCOUNT, AND REPLACED MY CREDIT CARD WITH A NEW ONE. THIS IS AN ATTEMPT OF DIGITAL ROBBERY !!!

I was so happy to see that the manual for the used Crock Pot Express Multi-Cooker I received was online and available! I was okay to pay the small charge to get the COMPLETE manual the next day after I requested it. The manual was easy to print off and now store with the appliance.

In the past experience with getting what I wanted, it was always very confusing. But, this time it was very easy and not confusing. Got what I wanted without talking to a computer! Thank you!

The installation, repair, and parts manual is what is needed and i found it on another site. what you sent me and charged me for was a one page parts / items page for the KWC Faucet

Was helpful to find here what I need for my farm work. But, because I am not a native english speaker I asked not for al I need but only for engine. So I will try to ask also for entire mower ensembly BCS Olimpia with which is equiped with the LDA 450 Lombardini engine. So I obtained half of what I wanted to have but I did not know how to ask for.Thank You.

I did a Goggle search for a manual for my garbage disposal and found at Manualslink. The fee for the manual was $ 0.95 which I paid, not realizing that agreeing to their terms and conditions I was being automatically agreeing to a monthly fee of $99.95. So I was surprised when I saw the charge on my credit card.
It was only when I disputed the charge that Manualslink made me aware of their terms and conditions.
For someone searching their website for a manual I consider this to be a deceptive business practice.

Wrong manual was sent wrong manual was for 13 not 12 like mine so what you sent me was of no use to me

I spent several days searching for my dishwasher manual in order to fix a problem I am having with it. I could not find it anywhere. Manuals Link was able to find it in two days. They emailed a link so I could download it to my computer. Now I will have is whenever I need it. So grateful. Judylee

I only gave them one star. The issue I have is my manual custom $.95 and they build that.. a few days later I got a bill on my credit card for over $99. I contacted Citibank to resolve the problem. They are going to back it out but these people are out there screwing everybody over so be very cautious of extra billings. I will contact the Better Business Bureau about the situation.
