Bought one to sit between a bluetooth receiver and the stereo amp. It certainly amplified the signal appropriately, but the sound (from the phone) turned out very bass heavy/muddy. Not sure if this was the fault of the unit or a different incompatability...

I've hooked up a Technics Sl-d2 and it works wonderfully well. No hum.

Does the job as advertised - would be good to have an "off" switch when not being used.
