False advertising and Scam artists…. FO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Ordered a custom gold ring with the hammered finish. The image on the site depicts the hammered look to be a random pattern of random sized hammer hits. What i received was a ring that was imitating a hammered look with hexagonal repeated pattern. It looks nothing like the ring on the site. I contacted them, they said they would have a production manager reach out but so far ive gotten nothing. I plan on filing a false advertisement claim with the FTC if I dont hear from them soon.

I’m convinced this company doesn’t actually produce anything. I placed an order, which stated in-stock with 2-5 days delivery. Got a notice AFTER placing my order that it will be 9 weeks. I cancelled. I then requested to be notified when my size is back in stock. Never got notified. Decided to request their free ring sizer while I wait, and to no surprise it’s been 11 days and it still hasn’t been shipped.

We have yet to receive the wedding band we ordered. The website is incorrect on how to submit sizing. You will NOT receive a ring sizer nor will you be contacted about submitting a ring size. There was zero communication from Manly Bands regarding this. We had to reach out after waiting for the ring sizer to (never) arrive. If we had not reached out, we never would have known. We are now at risk of not receiving the wedding band in time for our wedding. In our communication with Manly Bands, they state that "our IT team is aware of the BYOB discrepancies," yet they are doing nothing to rectify this issue for us nor are they doing anything to guarantee receipt of our ring in a timely fashion.

Sizing ring they sent fit perfect, but ring was too tight. They said they would fix but for a fee. Now they won't even fix for a fee so I'm screwed. Claims they changed policy after our purchase. Customer service is limited to texting and takes days to get a reply, at which point they use stall tactics. Then they said I was unprofessional after getting mad. They didn't provide their name, misspelled my name, and are now ghosting me. Online scam business! Buyer Beware!

No lead time. No Updates. No customer support number. When you do call the number that they have online, they send you to voice mail. Will update if I get a response but this is ridiculous. I ordered rings through a competitor ( Brilliant Earth) and they are so much more transparent than this company. I'm in the US so I don't think this is the issue.

Edit: they replied saying someone reached out on 7/29 and they did but they have not resolved the issue.

Edit: 10/1 - I got my ring. Easily tarnishable. Not good quality. I have a $20 ring from King Will and it's a lot better than what they sent me. Very disappointed.

I ordered a ring from Manly bands, it came very quickly and well in time for my wedding day. I loved the ring and the customer experience. Just after my wedding day, we found put that I had lost weight and my ring didn't fit anymore. We called up and they sorted it right away with a replacement in the corrected size.

Lovely customer service and unique/top class ordering experience.

The ring is ok quality, but seems a bit overpriced for what it is. The big issue is the with the customer service. Right on the main webpage they state free exchanges, what they fail to tell you is that "free" actually means $30 restocking fee. Wish I had gone elsewhere.

I ordered my wedding ring and used the print out paper sizer to get my size. Unfortunately when my ring arrived although it fit it was painful to take off. I contacted Manly Bands for advice and they recommended returning for .5 a size bigger which they were very helpful, responsive and courteous throughout the whole experience. I now have the correct size ring which arrived slightly earlier than expected and the product is fantastic too.

I can't fault my experience with Manly Bands at all, a perfect example of customer service. I would absolutely recommend. Thanks!

ordered from the UK, this was my wedding ring. to start with the discount i managed to get thanks to a sale was unreal!

The first ring I got was actually a bit too small, had a bit of a pain sending it back as I dont like anywhere near any of the FedEx drop off locations which isnt Manly Bands fault at all. After speaking with MB and letting them know it would be a 3 hr round trip for me to go to the closest drop off point they offered collection which was great. New ring arrived 4 weeks later and its perfect!

The quality and design are great. Shipping was fast.

I believe the customer service received ultimately runs parallel with why the founders started business.

I had difficulty finding the right size for my band. Embarrassed to say, but it was my fault. Maria and Chelsie went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much, I appreciate you both.

Absolutely in love. We ordered 'The Fox' and 'The Ava' for our wedding bands as we wanted something a bit different and special.
Ordered on 25th Jan and received both within 3 weeks, which is impressive as they were shipped from the US to the UK
The quality is amazing and they look beautiful on.

The sizes were true to what we expected and no issues with this for us

My only gripe (if you can call it that) is they are unable to engrave the rings to ship out of the US. Because they are so beautiful I would have loved to be able to get this but understand international shipping etc does have limits

My husband has the koa wood ring. It got messed up in a fire pit. The company replaced it. Engraving and all. Great company. Good quality and service. Highly recommend.

After waiting nearly 3 months for the ring to arrive, it finally arrived today, and we were sent the wrong size. We ordered a 4.25 and what we received was at least a 4.5. It just fell off my finger. I don't even have the words to describe my frustration.

My partner and I have been indecisive on wedding g bands, he saw rave reviews for ManlyBands.. we didn’t know what we wanted so we opted to do cheaper silicone for our wedding g day until we figured what we wanted.

He is a 8.5 and I am a 12 for sizes. The silicone said order in whole number. I ordered a 12 as I was measured at a jewelry store and I did an at home measure all the same. Well the 12 doesn’t fit, it is so tight it cuts off the circulation to my finger. I emailed to refund or replace and Cam from manly bands responded with “sorry all sales final on silicone and our silicone runs small as it has to stretch out. So now I’m out money, can’t wear the ring, definitely won’t be buying our actual bands there and I’m fuming. These rings look like cheap .25 gums all bands.

So glad we wasted 80 bucks to be be treated poorly by their service team. I will be sharing this review on every platform known to mankind. You literally just had to fix it instead I got a bs corporate response

Horrible Customer service. On their website they say for their comfort fitting rings you should go down a half size. I got my fiancé his normal size and it was way too tight. I Exchanged for a whole size up and it was still too tight. They then wanted to charge me 20% of what the rings cost was to get a second exchange. I tried to explain how their website makes false statements on sizing and they promise a perfect fit. They would not budge even after I said I will just return it. I heard nothing back so I went through with the return. They are a crappy company and you can get all their rings for 20 bucks on Amazon rather than spending over 200. Seriously do not go through them!

I could not recommend these guy's any higher! They were great to deal with and the wedding ring I ordered Is spot on!

Experience with them has been great. I wanted something a little different for my wedding ring rather than block silver or block gold. Settled on “The Peacemaker”.

I’m from the UK so I converted the sizes from UK to American and ordered my ring. They have frequent sales and in my case the discount code stacked with the sale so I got a ring which retails for about £305 on sale for £111. It came very quickly (>5 days or so?) and was a touch big (maybe order 1/2 a size down) so I started a return, used the chat function on the website and they were quick and helpful.

Managed to get the ring sent back (though FedEx is kind of annoying for UK residents, I went to one depot and was told that international shipping was on the other side of the city though the FedEx website didn’t specify). Sent them a few messages and they were a little slow to respond but got back to me a few days later and shipped my replacement on the Friday and it arrived on Tuesday morning. Came in a lovely box, had a silicone band in the same size as the metal ring and was well packaged. Can’t fault them. Extremely pleased! Would 100% buy from again.

Their customer service was phenomenal and fast to respond. The ring I received absolutely exceeded my expectations and was simply stunning! I ordered "The Guide" band and I love it! You can't go wrong by shopping here!
