Misleading Subscription Charges and Poor Transparency
Very disappointing and misleading experience.
When I initially purchased the book, the wording clearly stated “one-month subscription” — not a recurring monthly subscription. Naturally, this gave the impression that it was a single one-month access/payment and not an ongoing automatic billing arrangement.
What makes this even worse is that when I later cancelled, the cancellation notice again referred to a “one-month subscription” being cancelled, not a monthly recurring plan. The wording was consistent throughout, which makes the entire setup feel intentionally misleading.
Money was taken from my account without me knowingly agreeing to recurring monthly charges. Customer support has also been frustrating, with little accountability and delays in resolving the issue.
Companies should be transparent about subscriptions and billing terms instead of using confusing wording that can easily mislead customers. I would advise people to be extremely careful before purchasing anything from this platform.

Liked the early paces of the re build up to resigning the book but I do think you should have a question “do you want to see add in offers yes or no”. This way you’re not scrolling through screen shots of items you do not want. Yes I am aware it is a good selling trick but I personally form is extremely annoying.
