Scam! Don’t do the test .

Manesko had been charging me 23 pounds per month for the last 11 months ! What a fraud , without my consent and my knowledge only came to know now :(

Beware total con.

I completed a memory questionnaire on Facebook then they asked for £1.99 for the results. Once you pay this they then charge £27.99 per month!!
I emailed them to cancel but just got an automated response. Fortunately I paid through PayPal so was able to cancel the monthly subscription but I’m not sure how easy it would be to cancel otherwise. Con artists.

Be aware once you use the service for a so called £1.99 they set up a reoccurring bill for £23.99 each month. For anyone that’s used this service please check your bank accounts because they did it to my mother and she didn’t even realise, disgusting behaviour praying on older people.

Fraudulent company, complete scam. Took money from my account without my knowledge. Refused to give refunds.

Disgusting tactics by a rogue company preying on vulnerable people who are worried about their memories. They offer a memory test for £2 and subscribe you with out your knowledge or permission to a £23.99 monthly subscription! Shame on you - you’re a poor excuse of a human being!!!! Good job Paypal email to let you know when you’ve subscribed!

Absolute scam. They run IQ style online test ads, which they charge about £2 to access, and then attempt to slip in a subscription service of £25 per month thereafter. Fortunately, having read the receipt from paypal, for the £2 purchase I was able to cancel mine before any deductions were made.

This is a scam of the highest order.

The item online looked great...in real life it was one of the most poorly constructed garments I have ever seen. Shoddy, flimsy and poorly constructed. I imagine it would disintegrate upon washing. I tried to return it....

Their website says 'easy returns' and that "At Manesko, we are committed to ensuring our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases"....but YOU PAY to return and the cost of shipping back to China..and that is VERY expensive. When asking for a refund, they offered a 15% partial refund that they usually offer, but that they were happy to increase it to a 25% partial refund without returning the item.

Horrible product, quality & service.

RUN. Do not do business with them.

This is a scam,they cheat buyers, the clothes are of poor quality from China. And they do not give any guarantees. If you buy something, you will be robbed and deceived

I ordered a size small and received a size large, which was not my mistake and the company are now refusing to take responsibility for their mistake by sending me a FREE POST label for return post.

The poor quality item looked nothing like the picture on website, cheap Chinese import at RIP off prices...do not shop with this company

I bought two items of clothing from Manesko in response to attractive and persistent adverts on Instagram. Everything suggested that this was an Italian (and at the very least European) company. The website includes an Italian flag logo. However, it eventually became apparent that it is Chinese, pretending to be Italian. They don't in fact give their full legal name, or their address, on their website, so if you wanted to check that out, you couldn't. Why would a valid, honest company not publicize its correct name and address? Because it's Chinese, the items took weeks to arrive. Then they were of incredibly low quality. It was only when I tried to return them that I discovered that the company is Chinese and that, funnily enough, the returns address is in China, not Italy. Of course that makes a return unaffordable. So I agree with so many others on Trustpilot that this business is scamming us. I don't know how their business model works, as nobody is going to buy twice from them.

The top received looks nothing like the top I ordered. Cheap material, different finish on bottom, sleeves and neckline. Completeley different green color. I requested a label for return and the daily email fiasco began two weeks ago. Writing daily, offering to send something else. Why would I want something else? I want my refund, and prepaid shipping label!

Suggeriert aus Italen zu kommen, ist aber chinesischer Schrott. Passform quasi gar keine, stinkt nach Chemie, Stoffqualität ohne Worte, Rückversand müsste nach China, ohne die Sicherheit ob es überhaupt ankommt. Bestenfalls als teure Putzlappen zu verwenden.

The dress I bought looked nothing like the one on the website. Cheap material and mediocre design!! Made in China, not Italy. When I tried to return it, they offered to send me new items for the same amount I paid. It's not an Italian brand, it's Chinese made with cheap material. Manesko is a scam!!

Was going to buy a Jumper.
Read the reviews, decided against it and bought locally, don't want China products,cheap and don't last 5 minutes.

They are scammers Do not buy from them.
I thought I was dealing with a reputable company from Italy.Thats not the case.
Rubbish coming from China.

The items I ordered were not suitable as the didn't fit. When I tried to return them their T&C's state that I had to pay return postage. Fine except they state the items have to be returned to CHINA ! 🤷‍♂️ Instead I opted fir a 40% refund, which I'm still waiting for. All in all a very poor experience - this company pretends to be Italian, but it's clearly not the case.

China! Never again!
