Just started with the courses

Just started with the courses, the first went without a hitch, the second is demanding that I post a review before it'll let me download my certificate which seems a little underhanded.
Content so far seems satisfactory, the course on Infection Control is rather long winded and the voice over could be improved as it struggled with some words (such as hazardous). Overall a good experience so far - assuming this review allows me to get my certificate!
EDIT - and now it's asking for an extra £4.95 for the certificate.
