Neo was fantastic - for whatever reason my whole body was tense and I had a huge knot at the top of my neck. Neo pulled out all the stops to release my back and neck tension. I felt lots better afterwards and very relaxed.

Great facial that relieved a lot of tension

Great hour long massage. Was a strong firm massage and helped to get all the crunches and tension out of my shoulder and back. If you sit at a desk a lot this is a great place to relieve tension and give your body some love. I felt well cared for and comfortable. Thanks! Will be back to get the rest of the tension out of my shoulders.

I have had 3 back, neck and shoulder 'sports' massages so far. Neo provides a a very in-depth and professional experience that relieve my symptoms and leave me with a feeling of well being. She also provides advice on posture and stretching. A great experience all round.

Having experienced aches and headaches for a lengthy period of time I went to Neo at Mandala for a back, shoulder and neck massage. The massage was excellent and the results are that my muscle aches and headaches have hugely reduced. I go regularly now to maintain the huge progress in my fitness levels. Neo was welcoming and friendly right from the start. I had a Thai Sports massage with heat compress and Neo really personalised the massage to my needs and tailored everything to my sport and the areas of my body that see the most impact. I left feeling amazing.
The place has a lovely soothing atmosphere that just makes relaxation so easy. I would recommend Neo to anyone because she has a great skill set and will make you feel great.
