Adam from MANCHESTER WATCH HUB is running a fraudulent business and is a conman. Premeditated THEFT of watches, with no intention of paying and perpetual LYING about updates with back and forth false promises and ‘bank issues’. Still appears to be taking on unknowing new customers, to carry on this cycle of fraud further. STAY AWAY. Don’t entertain his lies - Go straight to the police, trading standards and debt collectors.

this Adam kid is full of it, got links to watch trader uk in Newcastle (they was raided for money laundering) unsure if it’s he’s family but they will be able to get hold of him, manchester watch hub has been dissolved and he owes customers millions, coke head and gambling addict. Robbed innocent people who saved up for watches. RAT… Dissappeared and bailiffs been at the shop and he’s gaff is empty!

Daughter thought she had bought a watch, an excuse was given that watch had to be returned and was promised money to be returned, still not returned money, very unreliable and dismissive behaviour via text. Owner won’t answer phone calls. Scam. Scam, scam. Lawyers are now involved

Scammer robbing watches off people not paid any money for a watch he stole. Adam and his narcissistic minions numerous affiliations with other dissolved companies in clothing in locations in Atherton , Stockport and Bolton.

Wanted to sell my two watches and got offered a fair price by Adam and travelled up the next day to Manchester

Sold the watches and was told payment would be in my account by the end of the day. After countless text messages and phone calls got 15k of the 21.5k i was owed 4 weeks after the original sale. After more phone calls ( i have averaged 2 calls a day for weeks) got a further 5k 2 weeks after that

2 months after originally selling my watches Have run out of patience and have now submitted a smalls claims court procedure to get the outstanding money

Adam was super polite to deal with but i got to the stage where i couldn't trust a word he was saying

Adam took my watch on consignment in September. Seemed legit at the time! WOLF I SHEEP'S CLOTHING STAY AWAY!! I've put of with weeks and weeks of excuses and lies and avoiding valid question as to the whereabouts of my watch or the money. He's told me he took a deposit on it 3 weeks ago and still no response. Checking online 2 directors have resigned from the company this week. I've had people checking his background and given info from his friends. He's a bad gambler and blown the lot. Alot of people in the same situation.

My story is similar to others on here paid money got shafted, i became fed up of having p*ss taken out of me and employed a debt collection company over in Liverpool called Cobra Financial Solutions td they even obtained body-cam footage of their visits to both their business address and personal address.

Do not do any business with this company or anything to do with Adam Moore Lynch. He agreed a price for consigning my watch back in May this year. I had extremely poor communication from Adam, no responses, excuses for not responding and just a general poor attitude after wanting an update regarding my watch. Eventually Adam said he had sold the watch early August. It took Adam 4 weeks to sort out some of the money, however I am still £4,500 short. Since then Adam has said he will sort out a transfer, cash payment, pay me compensation for the hassle he has caused but no payment was made. He sent me screenshots of fake bank transfers, told me every excuse under the sun why he hadn’t paid me. It has now been nearly 3 months since my watch apparently sold, however I still haven’t been paid the full sum. Looking at the rest of the recent reviews on here and on google it looks like I’m not the only person he has done this too. My number has now been blocked by Adam. If Adam does not contact me and pay me the remaining money he owes, I will be going through a debt collector to retrieve my money. I would advise anyone else to do the same.

I have dealt with Adam Moore at Manchester Watch Hub now on 3 occasions when selling watches using the consignment method. The first 2 occasions weren't great, but I did receive the agreed price eventually, even though it was a few weeks late on both occasions.

The 3rd and most recent time... WOW !!! How thing's have changed.

This business has completely fallen off a cliff and people are being scammed left, right and centre by Adam. The worst thing about this is that he is taking money from good, honest people, knowing that they aren't going to see it again and it is all premediated theft.

My personal experience is that I left a Rolex Batman with Adam on 28th August and we had a signed contract where payment would be made by 29th September. That payment never arrived, but I did receive something.

Adam has been dodging me for weeks and weeks and rarely ever takes my calls, and most recently blocked my number. I have had absolutely every excuse under the sun why he hasn't made payment, but he is simply just robbing Peter to try and pay Paul, and is sinking faster than the Titanic.

I gave him one last oppertunity to make the outstanding payment this morning, before I instructed a legal firm to collect the debt on my behalf, and he simply text back telling me to do it, as that's what everybody else is doing !!

I have now instructed a solicitor's firm to recover the debt for me, but it has cost me over £500 to do so. The company also told me that they knew all about Adam and his company already, as they currently already have a client in the same boat pursuing him.

I have been through hell the past month or so with the way I have been treated by Adam, and it has also put a lot of stress and pressure on my relationship, home and work life, so please do not give Adam a penny of your money, and stay well away.

Although I have been having sleepless nights when dealing with this, I can't imagine what Adam is going through with an ever growing list of unhappy clients and I am being told by a few reliable sources in the watch industry that the figure he owes in total, is somewhere in the region of 3m.

I have also noticed a few recent 5 star reviews appearing on Trust Pilot, but this is just a pretty lame last ditch attempt from Adam, and his mates to try and dilute the noise, so please don't be tricked by these.

Got scammed for a watch. I sent over the money for the watch and never received the watch. When I asked for the watch or for the money back I got no reply.

Absolute con man tried to steal £6,000 of my money

Please avoid Manchester Watch Hub, took deposit off me and didn’t give me my watch, constant lies when asking for watch bad deposit back, using the money to pay off his debts, robbed me of nearly £7,000 !

Scamming people to pay off his debits and now he's trying to get his mates to leave a good review to get his ratings back up 😂

From reading these reviews I’m in the comfort to know I am not the only one Adam has swindled. Without going into specifics he has 5 watches of mine which he has sold and not given me my money.
Again I am being sent fake screenshot’s of bank transfers. I have been to the relevant authorities, who I have told me I am not the first one to have reported him in the last week.From speaking to other disgruntled customers I have been kindly told that he is connected to a family watch company in Newcastle known as Watchtrader who are also under investigation.

Just to give an update, one of the directors who was taken off MWH directors list has opened a store in Morley Leeds, secondly the amount Adam has allegedly disappeared with matches the amount his brothers had taken from them from the NCA in Newcastle ( google Watchtrader) this seems a little more than a coincidence. The lies and deception this young man has carried out, no way has he done himself. Even if he gambled there would have been red flags etc, there are more people involved who are hiding behind Adam. Adam if you are reading this, it is probably best to hand yourself in and be given a chance to explain what has happened to everyone’s money and watches as I don’t believe you have done this yourself but you’re the fall guy. Also Adam this is not going to go away and I believe your family members are being dragged in. Only you can sort this mess out.
His side kick who was always with him and was present when I passed these watches was Harrison Perry, there is no way he could not have known what was happening. I believe people are having more luck contacting Watchtrader in Newcastle for information on Adam as he is their brother.

Had watches on consignment, can never get hold of the kid or sends you a message they will be boxed in the week or shi*e excuses.

Robbed me of a £3000 deposit! Scam company who all of a sudden have started scamming people!

This is one of the worse jewellery buying experiences ever. Lied to, ignored and fobbed off over the course of 5 weeks! Ordered a watch, promised it would be here in 2 weeks so I paid a £3000 deposit. I had to constantly call and message to find out what was happening. Fast forward 4 more weeks and I have been messed about and lied to constantly. The customer service is disgusting, they leave you on read and ignore you. Tried several times to sort coming to pick the watch up and I just keep being lied to and messed about. After no delivery of the watch I was promised my £3000 deposit back along with £1000 compensation, I’ve had neither! They constantly promise to call back, message and/or send photos yet never do, wasted my time for over a month, for a watch that they clearly never had! Would not recommend!

I’ve been sent 2 fake bank transfer screenshots saying its been transferred and I still have not received it! I am now going to contact the Police as this is theft, and I will also be taking Adam Moore (The Company Director) to small claims court and I would advise anyone else in this position to do the same! Shameful company!

Took up the consignment option where we agreed a price that would be returned to me upon sale of the watch. Obviously before I sent the watch I did all my due diligence such as looking through socials, Companies House, reviews, etc - they seemed pretty genuine and professional…

I was sent PDF’s that are supposedly transaction receipts from the bank showing that the money has been sent to my account - nothing ever came through, this happened multiple times before I did actually receive 90% of the money (5 figure sum) 2 weeks after the sale of the watch. Their contractual terms state clients will be paid within 7 days - upwards of 4 weeks on I am still owed money
Ive had many of excuses such as: banks are under review, frozen, suspended, payments getting rejected, etc.
I was even offered the full amount in cash to which they put me in contact with a driver to arrange a meeting point - that again never happened…

I hate to slate anyone’s business but I don’t want anyone else to go through the same situation I have. From what I heard this is happening to multiple people.
