Very good training

Absolutely amazing day, thought I was in for another boring BLS refresher day but couldn’t have been more wrong. The trainer, Joanne was full of energy and very funny, whilst still covering all the course content. The day went very quickly and I learnt a lot more than I have on previous training days because Joanne seemed to have a lot more practical knowledge and delivered the training in a way that you could not possibly be bored.

We had a days training form Andy who was excellent, knowledgeable and also very engaged in the subject, best first aid training I have had. We did it at our facilitate and all staff trained, which was very good value and everyone got something from it. Would recommend Manchester First Aid without hesitation.

Very well prepared - welcoming and fun as well as fully informative. Joanne is clearly a very experienced and knowledgeable trainer as well as practitioner in the field. The combination of talk and practical, hands-on experience gave the day a really meaningful structure on top of the online work I had done.

Karen was brilliant, she went through everything and gave time for any questions we had. She made it fun and interactive for all.

Had a great day training with Karen. Karen was very friendly and made the first aid course enjoyable. Karen gave us plenty of opportunity to ask questions. It’s great you come to our workplaces as it made me feel more comfortable being in a familiar environment. The content of the training was very thorough and informative, I felt it covered everything we could possible need. I liked the cards that were given out for the app, as you can keep up to date with any changes in procedures from now until your next course is due.

The trainer was awesome, she knows what she is doing, and her way of training is practical and to the point.

Our Trainer Karen was extremely knowledgeable and put everyone at ease.
I felt more confident at the end of the day
I Will definitely be using MFAT for all our future first aid needs

Emma the trainer was a real people person. She engaged with us all in a friendly manner and her teaching style was fun but educational. The content online and in person was delivered extremely well.

Another fantastic day with Jo-Anne. Every time I come for my paediatric first aid training I have a wonderful day. Jo- Anne is so knowledgeable and also a real laugh!

The online part of the course prepared us well for the face to face part which was of course practical.
It gave me a chance to try out what i had learned and taught me simple approaches to remembering what to do when doing first aid.

I was dreading my 3 yearly paediatric first aid renewal as it’s usually boring and slightly cringe-inducing (having to shout “hello can you hear me, I’m a first aider” repeatedly). My colleague and I were really impressed with today’s course. The day flew by and was very interesting and helpful. There was no embarrassingly contrived medical role play either! Jo-Ann was brilliant, she is clearly passionate about what she does and explains everything really clearly. She’s extremely warm and funny too. I will definitely be booking again and won’t be dreading it next time!

Yvonne was very informative and she made it easy to understand the course .We had a laugh as well so it was very enjoyable

Brilliant Clare was lovely . I Learned a lot she just explained everything so easy and asked us if we had questions.made me feel at ease.
