Booked epc on Friday with Manchester epc , easy to use website and I could select the appointment that suited me best . Muhammad attended my home and carried out survey he was pleasant and efficient . He did phone me prior to appointment and told me he would be 30 mins . Report was issued same evening on the gov site would definitely recommend this company to friends and family .price was reasonable compared to others .

Needed an EPC cert for new letting
Needed an EPC cert for new letting. Found this service /company online,booked easily. An sms was received approx an hour before his arrival providing an ETA, which was helpful. Munir arrived promptly, professional and friendly. He completed the EPC assessment, and I received the EPC Report approx 3.5 hrs after the appointment which was greatly appreciated. Well organised, specialist service and excellent customer experience. Thank you.

Excellent Hassle Free Service
The EPC carried out by Manchester EPC was hassle free and easy to organise, I chose the date and time which suited me, the surveyor attended on time carried out the survey and the EPC was submitted the same day, excellent service
