Brilliant customer service from start to finish. The snooker cue I ordered is perfect for the price bracket. They also made sure that Delivery was a few days earlier as I needed the cue to get a days practice with it before an important match I had scheduled. Will definitely be using them again in the future and have recommended to friends and family.

What can I say... very professional from start to finish!! Very friendly and very happy to help with any question that you have. I had a few minor issues with the items I ordered, but that's down to manufacturer, which they got in contact with and it was resolved in no time at all!!

Amazing customer service from start to finish. I found this company on google and it had the best price for the pool table we wanted. I had a personal email from Ben that night to confirm the order, followed by a call the next day, which I found to be a nice touch. The lead time was up to 8 weeks, so no empty promises were made, and the table came in 2 weeks so a lovely surprise! Delivery was flawless, as i got a text to arrange this within days of ordering, followed by a text from the driver the day before giving me exact time of arrival (which is rare!). I even got an aftercare call from Ben to check all ok. Very impressed with this company and excellent quality table! I highly recommend!!

Hi I love my table it looks amazing. They kept me updated from the day I ordered it, i received it sooner than expected, the day of arrival they built it in no time and were very professional.

I recently purchased a dining pool table from Man Cave Essentials. The table was very sturdy, had a great quality cloth and works effectively for dining. Unfortunately delivery took slightly longer than expected at 7 weeks, but the customer support team kept me updated throughout.

Utilised the chat function on their website, having spent an age trying to decide on what pool table would suit my family room.

Website was user friendly and Man Cave staff were easy to deal with.

Contacted MCE after finding their easy to navigate website via google to obtain information on styles of pool table and fruit machine options, they responded quickly to my questions, provided their expertise and advice and were a pleasure to deal with.
