I had my first lymphatic drainage massage yesterday and it didn't disappoint. I wanted to commend Malu for doing such a great job. I instantly felt noticeably less bloated after the treatment. And the back massage was TOP TIER ! And now I'm thinking about making it part of my regular routine. Her hands were so gentle, it truly works magic! Would highly recommend !

Malu was very welcoming, was my first time ever having a lymphatic massage, she went through the entire process ensuring I was all understood and the actual massage was amazing. Very relaxing, it being a fully body one, I must say the back massage has to be at the top of my list for comfort. Personal thing, but it was quite ticklish I must say but overall from a client experience I would give it a 10/10 and a very big thank you to Malu!!

Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of a 30 minute massage with Monica. It was part of our package stay and the only thing wrong with it was that it was too short.
Monica has the most beautiful hands for
massage, and after practising her art for so many years she is highly skilled.

Mammawellbeing has been a powerful, healing space for me to connect with. From the Dreamworks meditations with Carmella (incredibly effective work for manifestation), to Breathwork sessions with Annabel (unbelievably transformative tools offered, that you can take into your daily life) to the Deep Theta work and Astrology sessions (Matt) - you just feel like you can find the right treatment for the 'ailment of the moment' or even something more permanent, a guiding hand through a journey you need to traverse or issue you need to face. Most significantly for me, MammaWellbeing connected me to the most incredible healer who has become a fixture and powerful force in my life - and I had been looking for someone I could resonate with for years.... she also happens to have surpassed my greatest expectations. Thank you MammaWellbeing!

I know most of the Mamma Wellbeing team members from the Medicine Festival and they are not just highly professional and amazing in what they do but their treatments are wrapped up in genuine kindness and willingness to support you in every ways. Truly recommend them!

The mamma team know their stuff and are such open, non-judgmental guides and they help you access the very best, highly vetted practitioners. They really take out the guesswork.

Through mamma i have experienced reflexology and breathwork workshops in person, and had an intro to tapping online during covid.

I am a mother of two little ones and find it helpful to have replay content in the app for meditations and workshops.

I met the wonderful Mamma team at Medicine Festival. They were so friendly and put me at ease straight away. I wasn’t really sure what type of treatments to go for initially but was given a free consultation during which I was able to discuss my needs with a really supportive team member. I ended up having one of the best Thai massage treatments of my life and a really relaxing facial. Both practitioners were lovely and I’d highly recommend both of them. A great experience all round!

I have been lucky enough to experience a few treatments from various practitioners in the Mamma Well-being App and every single time I have always received exactly what I needed… and more. The practitioners are exceptional, and the different healing therapies have always left me feeling so much lighter, connected and happier. I have tried the Breathwork, Meditation, Inner Child Healing and Dreamworks session, and will most certainly be doing more again.
Healing isn’t a one quick fix, it’s a life journey, a forever meandering trail of exploration and regulation, I am in awe there is a space that exists for me to discover new ways to be in this world - with a calm and balanced heart.

This app is so amazing! There’s so much content right at your fingertips and a tonne of practitioners to choose from for all sorts of things from coaches, to nutrition, to theta healing, to retreats. There’s also a great community section for folks to keep connected

Love this app. It’s the perfect toolkit for my wellness journey and self discovery with a vast offering; making global practitioners accessible. I was fortunate enough to be generously gifted a distance Reiki session with Esther recently. I was slightly apprehensive yet excited, however almost immediately felt at ease and in a transformative state and moreover the lasting impact of the session is still felt. She is a truly beautiful soul and can’t wait for the next session🤍
