They go by the name of The ingredient store. Scammed when buying batana oil and was sold palm oil instead. No way to contact their support team as it bounces back when tfying to send an email.they send no receipt when you made the purchase but a automated thank you for your order and a review button for you to leave a review on which doesn't work.

Complete and utter scam and they have a no return policy on their items. How convenient.

What I ordered and what I received, as a product has no resemblance, I have some oil in a plastic bottle.
I bought castor oil, organic, cold pressed, hexane-free, sold in dark glass bottle (the dark glass bottle preserves the oil versus plastic bottles which can release and contaminate with plastic particles due the the oil's potency).
What I got today was a simple plastic bottle, with barely a label, with black tape around the cap, so not sealed, nothing to do with the product advertised. I am very concerned about the quality of what I received and as they do not accept returns, I will bin it. This was the 1st and last purchase.
FYI: they market themselves as The Ingredients Store.

Smell ok. Vanilla and Tonka is very nice, plain vanilla doesn’t smell of vanilla to me. £7 for delivery of 2 10ml is unnecessary. Wouldn’t buy from again just because of delivery charge.

Love the products, fast delivery. My only annoyance are the constant popups of who has brought what and where from. I don't care, please turn these off it don't make me want to buy the products.

Good quality oils. Easy site to navigate. My qualm is that there delivery charges are too expensive and the courier used (UPS) is unreliable.
