Emailed to try find how to reset a majority DVD player which had frozen. Initial responses looked AI generated and weren't very helpful but later ones decided the DVD player was faulty. They resulted in me tracking down my original purchase and finding there was a week left before the 3 year warranty expired. Without further ado Majority sent a replacement which arrived the day after they had verified the original warranty.

From the start this has been a brilliant experience. Arrived on the day stated and time, soon had the well packed D100 bookshelf speakers out and they are as advertised beautiful. I have a paper manual with mine and written so even I can comfortably understand and connect everything so it all works first time. The quality of the build is bettered only by the quality of the sound ... pure magic. I am seventy seven years old and treated myself to some quality speakers, I have my old Technics turntable and will soon be tunnelling into my cupboards, for my old crackle and hiss records to play once more. Remember when approaching seventy eight you don't have time left to get it wrong, I don't think I have.

Purchased an Eddington DAB portable rechargeable radio. Both the product & the company are top notch!

Great, rapid customer service today when both my Majority Eddington DAB radios stopped connecting to LBC at the same time. I am very impressed that I could get advice so quickly by using the form on the Majority website. It gives me confidence in the brand.

Excellent Turntable looks and sounds fantastic

A great little company that produce some really good bits of kit at sensible prices.
Thier technical support and customer service are too notch, sorting out issues over the weekend when many companies are unreachable.

MP3 Player is such great value and feels sturdy. It plays lots of different music files which are easy to drag & drop into the players folder. Majority's support is great in getting issues sorted if you get stuck.

I bought a Majority MP3 Pro in August 2024 and was delighted with the purchase, I use it a lot and had no problems at all until October 2024 when it ceased to function - it went dead. I contacted technical support and received concise and easy to follow instructions. The reply was exceedingly quick by the way

Followed the instructions and it became fully functional with all my settings intact

Bought the Quadriga as a replacement for my FM kitchen radio. Delighted with my purchase, I did not know anything about the company before buying. The unit immediately found my Internet connection, very easy to search for and store Internet radio stations worldwide, many of which are prelisted - if not, there is a good search facility. Very good sound and optional app makes it easier to tune new stations rather than using the remote. Display could be a bit larger, but this is a very minor complaint. I would definitely recommend this.

My family bought me a DVD player to play back old photos after my wife recently passed away. Whilst fairly up to date on modern tech, due to age had a bit of difficulty with the player. Emailed Majority with problem,within hours had reply and problem solved. On behalf of us "Silver Surfers", well done.

I had a problem with the CD player. The Majjority ewmployee who contacted me sugested a cure which worked perfectly.

This is such an awesome little DVD player, I've bought another for our living room TV. To be able to play multi-region DVDs is fantastic. The unit itself is very light and compact. One button press is all that's required to remove subtitles if they appear and it's all round very user friendly. With the added bonus of an HDMI cable too, you can't go wrong plus you get a 3 year warranty. Worth every penny and gives the larger well known region 2 makes a real run for their money! A fantastic product from a UK company. Well done Majority!! I shall be exploring your other products!

So easy to get my Homerton system set up. The quality of the product is brilliant especially in the black. So many options available from the Internet stations to Bluetooth. Great sound and bright clear display

Good looking bedside unit which provides DAB and internet radio plus CD player. Sound quality fine from its top speaker. When switched off it displays an analogue clock which is a bit surprising as in the set-up sequence I specified the 24 hr digital display. At nighttime, with the unit off, the screen is too bright and it doesn’t seem possible to dim it.
User manual is pretty comprehensive but does require multiple readings to grasp the modus operandi!

Great product but the earplugs that came with it not so good. Gave a tinny sound. Swapped them for my own and the radio sounded great.

I recently purchased a Majority Quadriga Music System and have to say that I am really impressed with it. This is the first Majority product I have purchased and going by the quality of the product for the price it won't be the last. I brought the Quadriga as a replacement for a Bose I had for a number of years and can't believe how good it is and how impressive the sound is. And it's nice and easy to setvup and use.
I did read a few reviews (both good and bad) before buying. The good reviews were right and I can only imagine that the bad reviews were just people who didn't read the instructions and set it up properly.
It's a great product, well worth the money and I would recommend it highly.

Extremely pleased with my Majority Oakington Cd and dab radio. Sound quality is very good as is the build quality, expensive looking bit of kit for a very reasonable price. The reason I purchased it, I was very impressed with my previous purchase, a Majority Oakington dab radio, so a no brainer, to make another purchase of the same make.
Only draw back, my record deck has RCA leads built in with male connections, and the Oakington unit is supplied with a lead with male connections, meaning that I have to purchase a lead with a Jack plug and female connections to join them together. Maybe, a pair of female connectors could be supplied with the unit to overcome this issue?
On the whole I'm very happy with my purchase.
