Started well, deteriorated when I was not selected for the role
Started well, with numerous phone calls regarding the role being considered for, availability etc.
After filling in all very personal details, the communication became automated, suddenly the agent that was extremely sweet to start with had no time to discuss anything.
In calls, gave an expression in being better than "umbrella companies", with this service, I don't think so.
treating people and their personal information like a commodity is very unprofessional.
After requesting to delete my personal details of their database, they cannot even provide proof that has been done. According to the same agent, I should just take their word for it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn’t live up to expectations.
It’s great to hear that your initial interactions felt positive, but it’s equally important that we maintain that same level of communication and support throughout the entire process. From what you’ve described, we clearly fell short here, and that’s not the standard we aim to deliver.
We also take concerns around personal information extremely seriously. Please be assured that all candidate data is handled securely and in line with strict data protection regulations, and it’s never treated as a commodity. That said, how this felt from your perspective matters just as much, and we’re sorry if our process gave a different impression.
Regarding communication, we understand how frustrating it can be when things suddenly feel automated or impersonal, especially after a strong start. That’s valuable feedback for us, and we’ll be reviewing this internally to ensure consistency across every stage of the candidate journey.
We’d really appreciate the opportunity to look into this further and make things right. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us directly with your details so we can investigate and follow up properly.
Thank you again for your honesty, it helps us improve.

You can't just sweep things under the rug.
I uploaded a review of this company in May 2025 and almost a year later it seems though my review has been reported for containing defamatory content. Upon trust pilot reviewing this, it was evidently incorrect.
Please mind this company will try remove negative reviews, evidently trying to hide any issues they may have as a company rather than resolve them. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Louise to the Rescue
I had the pleasure of being looked after by Louise throughout my recruitment process.
Louise demonstrated the utmost professionalism and diligence that you would hope to see in a recruiter, without forgetting to show compassion and greatly build up my confidence ahead of an interview.
As I had not been through a recruitment process in some years, I was nervous about what to expect, however Louise was there every step of the way, checking in and answering any questions that I had with respect, understanding and a (highly appreciated) sense of humour.
Not only did Louise fight in my corner, expressing that she was also there to find the right fit for the candidate, but she additionally displayed a great deal of care for my experience.
Louise truly deserves to be recognised as one of the most valuable and top-tier recruiters in the industry.

I believe it is really important to feedback an excellent service. Therefore, I would like to aim this review at Helen Mitchell who is based at Major in the Oldham/Manchester area. Helen has been amazing and transparent from the start of trying to find me a position. Helen was always very honest, sincere and extremely professional and she completely nailed it for me in the end. Today I received a permanent job offer to which I am over the moon with and therefore have accepted but none of this could have happened without the efficiency, determination and compassion of Helen. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and will be forever grateful. Keep doing what you do Helen, your amazing ☺️ Lisa Smith

Superstars
From the moment I met Emma and Lou, I knew I was in the best hands. They are absolute superstars — genuinely kind, caring, and full of compassion. They’ve gone above and beyond for me in so many ways, offering constant support and reassurance when I needed it most. You can tell they truly have your best interests at heart and that they genuinely care about the people they help. Their warmth, empathy, and dedication have made such a difference, and I honestly couldn’t imagine going through this without them. Everyone deserves to have people like Emma and Lou in their corner.
