We think booking ski and snowboard lessons should be easy, so we created an online marketplace for trusted, fully qualified ski and snowboard instructors, that can be booked in just a few clicks.
All instructors listed on Maison Sport have been verified by their nation's governing body, be it the French Government's Department of Sport, Swiss Ski Federation or the Italian Winter Sports Federation, so you can rest assured you will be in safe hands when you’re on the slopes.
The importance of having the right instructor shouldn’t be underestimated, so we have ensured that you can learn more about each instructor, check their reviews and send them a message prior to booking and paying for any lessons.

We were forced to cancel due to the war…
We were forced to cancel due to the war in Israel and the suspension of all flights, making travel impossible.
Despite this being entirely beyond our control and cancelling in advance, no refund or partial refund was offered. The instructor chose to apply the policy rigidly without any consideration of the circumstances.
Very disappointing experience, especially given the situation. I would strongly advise others to be aware of the strict cancellation terms before booking.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about the difficult circumstances that prevented you from travelling and how disappointing this must have been.
As a marketplace, we act as the booking agent between customers and instructors and are therefore bound by the agreed terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy chosen by the instructor. These policies exist to protect instructors from loss of income when lessons have been booked and in this case, the instructor was available and prepared to deliver the lessons as scheduled.
We sympathise with your situation but we are contractually obligated to uphold the cancellation terms, which is why we were unable to offer a refund or partial refund in this instance. We did check with the instructor if they were happy to refund but unfortunately they wanted to follow to the cancellation policy, as the booking was due to start in less than a week. These terms are standard across the industry and we are sorry that you found them to be inflexible.

Maison Sport - simple / good value and high quality
We found Maison Sport on line and found the booking process ever so simple. The price was good value and we got an excellent instructor in Eric C for a lesson in Tignes. Would highly recommend both Maison and Eric C.

La Thuile
My wife and I had the pleasure of being instructed by Camilla across 5 half days. We had not skied for many years having been previously good intermediate skiers. Despite being very rusty Camilla was able to instantly recognise where we were at and was able to progress us throughout the week to a much improved level. Camilla is very clear with her instructions and we understood what was expected with each exercise. We had one very bad weather day, but even then we had full confidence in Camilla's ability to get the most from us in poor conditions. Camilla is very patient, extremely friendly and altogether lovely. She even went the extra mile in recommending restaurants for lunch and dinner and booking a table for us knowing how busy it would be. In summary we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Camilla as a first rate instructor and a pleasure to spend time with. We intend to come back to La Thuile and of course we would choose Camilla as our instructor to help us improve further with our skiing.
