They refused to give me a refund several times on 2 dresses that i purchased. They didn't fit. They were not like the picture. They did say that I could keep them for free if I purchased another dress. I eventually got them to agree to a refund after sending them pictures of their returns policy. The catch was I had to send them to China tracked. I lost 29 pound sending them to China hopefully they do refund the rest and I at least get something back. Steer clear of this company.

Avoid at all costs. Not a total scam, but feels like one. Abysmal quality garment. Returns process none existent. This is a Chinese company purporting to operate from Netherlands. After an exchange of 17 emails I accepted a 35% refund. The other option was a full refund on receipt of the garment in China. Postage to China very expensive. However getting a parcel through Chinese customs is impossible. If it’s not labled in a certain (unspecified) way the parcel is destroyed.

Please do not buy from this company. I bought a dress and unfortunately it didn’t fit or suit me. I sent them a email asking for their help to return the item because it has no return labels. I was informed that was possible and could I send a photo of the item I bought. Then after that email they tried to convince me to have credit or have a percentage taken off. In the first and previous email I had told them i wanted to send it back. This went back and forth for 4 days and each time I told them I wanted to send the dress back. So basically they were saying I had to keep the dress and they would give me credit or a percentage back. Eventually I had to say If they don’t allow me to send it back I will have to get my bank involved and speak to citizens advice bureau. To this reply they said they said this is our final offer again you still have to keep the dress which was 30% off a 49 pound dress so I would only get 15 pounds back or pay myself to ship it to china then I would get the money back. For this scam I will go with Royal Mail to avoid being denied a refund. I repeat do not buy from this company they are disorganised and shameful. Do not buy from here unless you have money to burn also they keep pro longing you sending it back by sending emails so you eventually miss the return deadline.

As others have stated. Avoid at all costs. I placed an order thinking it was based in the UK. I became suspicious when said item did not get delivered after a few days. I emailed said company stating the above, only to be emailed back to state, the said item was on its way. When it eventually came after around two weeks, it was very disappointing to say the least. It was advertised as a woollen coat, originally priced at 150 pounds, but stated it was in the sale for 79.95. Terrible quality,sizing, item etc. The label and item was 100% polyester. As others have stated, I started an email trail,which got me nowhere. I ended up raising a complaint with my bank to get my money returned. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Dreadful, avoid this company like the plague.

The size wasn't equal to British sizes. The advertising gives impression of being a Converse product but isn't. It's proving near impossible to return for a refund.

Ordered from Maisondelaurent this company is a scam shoddy items a disgrace, blouses were very shoddily made, not the material indicated, sizing awful, had no tags,washing instructions, and no paperwork in parcel for return address, they need to be taken down. Items were nothing like advertised on their site.Lost my money have no hope of a return or refund

I ordered items from Maison de Laurent. The delivery time was indicated to be delivered 4-7 days which wasn't the case.
I have requested for instructions to return one of the items to no avail.
They seem to have blocked my email address now and I am unable to access them to resolve my queries.

Awful company DO NOT use. Same experience as others. Poor quality items that do not fit.
Attempted return, refused asking me to spend more money to receive another size. Now only offering a percentage of my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Chase them when it doesn’t arrive, said out of stock and I would get a refund.
Still not got one so had to raise with the bank and they are no longer replying to my emails

After getting passed from pillar to post ref emails back and forth they come up with info that I should have sent the returns item to China, what a joke it cost me £15 to send to The Netherland as on the t&c's so you can imagine how much that would have cost. Told them to keep parcel and I will go through chargeback. Zero stars terrible customer service...

They don’t offer free return!!! If you want you have to return item back to China at your own cost plus pay customs. They suggest to leave the item and issue 20-30% if its price. Rubbish company, stay away. It’s a shame I haven’t read the reviews earlier

I ordered a pair of shoes that didn’t arrive. Royal Mail tracking wasn’t recognised and refund refused because they said shoes were in transit.

Ordered Trench coat, arrived after a month, very thin but nowhere near fitted me and I ordered 2 sizes up. Cant find returns so will gift it to sister

Same story. Awful dress. Several emails offering increasing percentage of refund only. Now at 30%. If unacceptable I have to return (?!) dress to warehouse in China for full refund. I am contacting Trading Standards instead, and going through bank for refund via credit card. How is this company permitted to advertise online and continue to operate like this? Are there no channels to legally stop them?

Ordered a pair of black ‘orthopedic’ trainer like shoes, with gold links. Took an age to arrive, they were not orthopedic, no instep support, and the links keep breaking. Will never order from them again

Order took 2 weeks to arrive. Item not as described in picture, no washing instructions or tags on Jumper. No paperwork for a return or where this item was made. Very poor packaging.

Absolutely appauling website - shoes were incredibly cheap looking & wrong size. Nothing like described on the website.
They are basically refusing to give me a refund even though this is advertised on their website. I’m not sure why their replies keep saying they don’t sell in the UK as this is totally incorrect - perhaps in an attempt to invalidate the reviewer?

Goods arrived late abd weee not as advertised. Short sleeved dresses rather than 3/4 length, threads on most hems, and the cheapest fabric I have ever experienced.

I provided photos and sought refund details but constantly receive emails offering partial return and discount on a future item. This is not a reputable seller and chances are, if you dont like your purchase, youre not getting your money back. Avoid!!

Purchased dress requested refund, response I could choose another item and pay shipping, asked why they could not refund, they then suggested 15% refund or 25% of another item, wish I had seen reviews - Do not order from this company !!! Needs investigating
