this company represents that it is a high end luxury brand but will use the absolute cheapest courier to ship the 800 dollar bag. the bag has been out for delivery for 3 days and I need to leave the country. I cannot get ahold of anyone from this courier company (uni uni) or maison de sabre which only provides a support email - which says it will respond within 24 hours but it's been 2 days. my only option is to spend hours with my bank to initiate a chargeback. Good riddance. This is a wanna be luxury brand that operates a super lean and cheap operation. i mean just look at all the negative reviews. most of them have to do with non-delivery and refusal to issue a refund. Consumers don't care about your policy. You took my money, give me my item. If you don't deliver, give me my money back. Seems many other unfortunate consumers have lost money dealing with this cheap company that cant bother to provide any and real customer support.
Response to the message below: when did they reply? Can you provide time and date and the content? I just checked my inbox and junk folder and have nothing. I have also received nothing from the delivery partner. This is the very first time I’m having anyone from your brand reply. I suppose a public review is the only way to get this scammy brands attention. You can copy and paste the email here. You can also confirm whether you will issue a refund or not. I paid. Diligently communicated and tracked. I don’t have the item you promised to deliver on time. Please issue refund ASAP. otherwise I will be instituting a charge back and a BBB complaint case.

I ordered a bag that was not depicted on the site - color and size. The customer service specialist insisted she help find another bag and that made me uncomfortable that I was not getting my money back. Here was her email 3 days after I asked to just return it.
I understand you’d like to proceed with the return.
As this is a change-of-mind return, our Returns Policy provides store credit rather than a refund once the item has been received and assessed.
To get the return underway, could you please send me a few photos of the item showing that it’s unused and in its original packaging? This will allow me to confirm its return eligibility and arrange the next steps for you.
Once I have the photos, I’ll take it from there.

En effet, j’ai effectué un achat sur le site officiel, lors de la commande j’ai payé des frais de douanes + le coût de livraison exorbitante + bien sûr le coût de l’article que je souhaitais.
Tout était indiqué en €.
La livraison annonce un délai d’environ 5 jours. J’ignorais totalement que le colis partirai de si loin et qu’en plus j’allais devoir payer ENCORE des frais de douanes qui n’ont jamais été mentionnés lors de mon achat.
Je n’achèterai plus jamais sur ce site.

Order didn’t arrive and refund not offered
I ordered a bag in July to be delivered to Saudi Arabia. 2 months later the bag still hasn’t been delivered and after multiple attempts to follow up on my order I’m told that it has been returned to sender due to unpaid customs, which I was not aware of. Maison de Sabre will not provide a refund citing that their fine print Ts & Cs do not allow refunds in these circumstances. This was meant to be a gift to celebrate a friend’s good news. Incredibly disappointing. Beware their poor after sales customer care.
