Malgré que j’étais un peu pressé par le temps, partie de golf à venir, Natalia a compris ma situation et fait tout pour faire les ajustements de ma montre rapidement.

Great customer service with Maison Birks (Hastings Street, Vancouver). Rokas the sales person I dealt with was very patient, attentive and really a wonderful person to deal with. He helped me find the right piece for me and I did not even have to come into the store. JOB WELL DONE- I will be back!! Highly recommend Rokas for all of your own jewelry purchases or if you require assistance with picking out that perfect gift for someone special. Five stars all the way!! *****
Il y a qq jours, je me rends chez Birks m'acheter une Longines Heritage 1945. Elle est là, le bracelet un peu usé. Je demande à en avoir une neuve. —Oh non monsieur, on n’a qu’un exemplaire de chaque montre. Alors on peut la commander? —Non monsieur, pas tant que celle-ci n’est pas vendue. La sève monte en moi…. Crime je suis chez Birks??? J’ai un coup de coeur pour la montre. Je décide de la prendre. J’attends, je m’assoie à la caisse. Arrive le temps de payer, je sors mon téléphone, toutes mes cartes de credit et debit y sont: oh non monsieur, pas ici, on ne prend que les cartes physiques. Quoi? On est bien en 2022? Je n’en revenais pas. Je ne sais pas j’ai l’air arabe. Pas digne de confiance? Je lui dit à ma grande vendeuse!!! qu’elle a gâché mon expérience client et je quitte sur le champ. Je cherche la montre ailleurs dans une bijouterie certifiée. La trouve 500$ moins cher ….. et mon téléphone ne leur a pas fait peur!!! Birks: plus jamais jamais jamais
Made a simple enquiry about a piece via their website contact form. Waited several days, no reply. Messaged them on Facebook, received a 'holding message' back a day later (rather than them simply replying with an answer to the query, which would have been common sense and good customer service.) Then I received a Facebook message later saying they had replied to the enquiry the day before. They hadn't, I checked inbox and spam folder several times - nothing. I advised them of this, and still have heard nothing back to either. The replies on social media had a strong feeling of being disorganised and/or disinterested. It's now been coming up a week since I made the initial enquiry and I'm no further forward. If this is the level of pre-sales customer care, then I dread to think what their after-sales service is like. Given the enquiry was for a piece costing several thousand dollars the service should be far better. Especially if they're wishing to position themselves as a luxury brand, with prices to match. Sadly lacking. I will now take my custom elsewhere - very sad, as after reading about the heritage of this brand I was all set to buy and would've been a very 'easy sale' had they actually helped me to buy.
